It's not bad, it nothing special

To be a member you just need to pay the monthly fee which, honestly I think is very reasonable considering what you can get per month for this membership. It's easy to place orders orders always come on time it doesn't take forever. The quality of the clothes is decent. The only objective I have is, there's really not much variety, and it tends to cater to a very specific body type.

Horrific experience

Did not realize it was a subscription. The prices you see initially are a total bate and switch. They wanted $70 for a tank top I can get a Target for $12. Trying to cancel was nothing short than a NIGHTMARE!

Dont like to be strong armed into a subscription, especially if I might not be buying items on a monthly basis. Every month I am obligated to purchase because of recurring subscriptions. Very annoyed!

Always amazing product, wife loves it 100%. Customer service is phenomenal but they use the absolute worst shipping methods. Had a piece marked as delivered then 8 days later the delivery company showed up on my steps at 11pm to deliver. No recourse to them either. Great company of you can deal with trash shipping practices

Complicated and time consuming

I do not understand points vs credits. What are the credits for and how to use them, at the same time what to do with the points.
However the quality of the product is what it saving your $#*! right now from loosing customers.

The first product purchased from Fabletics was some shorts. Fit exactly as offered and at a price that blew away the competition. Ordered 3 more pair with the same great delivery. After that success I thought I would try the workout shirts. Again, great quality and the fit was right on. Deliveries were on time. I will continue to use Fabletics as my new workout clothing provider

It's alright

The VIP membership is a pain, canceling it is *******x harder than signing up and The points needed to get something free is very high. When you finally get something it's only women's, usually underwear, as an option.

This company promotes a great price for a product and then requires the customer to pay 3-4 times the purchase price in a "membership". Why waste peoples' time with smoke and mirrors? No respect.

This company is a freaking joke! I ordered a gift card as a Christmas gift for my sister-in-law. What they don't tell you is that it is a Electronic Gift Card, not a physical gift card you can just give to someone. Then when my sister-in-law tried to login to use this so called "gift card" she could not get into her account to redeem it. I called Fabletics 3 times! With absolutely zero results so I told them to just cancel the gift card and refund me so I could buy her something else, I was told they DO NOT refund gift cards. SO HERE IS THE BOTTOM LINE...DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!. They do not honor your purchases. I would really like to put down my real thoughts in foul language as to how I feel about this company. (Although, I did tell them in Foul Language exactly what they could do with their company.) It did not make me feel much better because it's looking like I am going to be $50 out of pocket and my sister-in-law will not get a Christmas Gift! It really pisses me off that companies can get away with this kind of Bull S----!

They do not honor their expediting shipping. False advertisement. Although, they have no problem charging you for the 2/3 day expediting shipping that they offer. Bad experience!

DO NOT BUY from ONLINE go to the store instead!

Be aware, if you pay for a month membership on December 12th, then call on Dec. 15th to cancel renewal for anuary, they will stop all membership discounts effective immediately. No refund, no finishing the month you already paid for. They offer options to suspend membership, but if you don't suspend, you will not get the discounts for the rest of the month that you already paid for. See photos of our chat.

Do not purchase

If I could give them a zero star I would. First let me start by saying no one speaks English, Gweneth Paltro why would you create a company and not keep the jobs in the US? What a disappointment. I purchased a lot of things and everytime I call I have to repeat myself serval times and tell them why I'm calling and they give you an answer that doesn't help you at all. I received my order yesterday and realized I ordered the wrong size, I get on to just purchase a new one as I would get it faster than exchanging it, that same shirt went from $18 to $59, when I called this morning after explaining my situation 5 times she can't help me and my account has been canceled. They said I had multiple accounts, and now I have to wait 24-48 hours to try to reorder the shirt which will be too late to get it for Christmas. I will not be reactivating my account or purchasing anything else. Do not waste your time and purchase anything from fabletics.

There is never anything in stock in my size. Yet still, when I filter for my size only, everything that's out of stock still shows up so it takes like 4 hours to shop for anything just to find something I like that actually has my size. And ummm who made this policy about a 48 hour hold if you have a different shipping address? NEVER heard of that in my life. I put in a large order to be delivered to my parents where I am staying for the holidays. The order was cancelled and no other information provided other than that. Called and was told I have to verify my addresses because the shipping and billing are different. So now there's a 48 hour (business hours) hold on my order until they can review it…. For "safety". So now I have to go back and REFILL MY CART, because they won't hold it for you, in 48 business hours and supposedly it will be fine and i can place the order with separate addresses. Somehow I doubt that, and that's actually 4 days since it's Thursday. I assume everything will be out of stock and I will have to start my 4 hour search again for anything that I want that fits. Just so i can use up my credits and GTFO of this bull$#*! company. Cancelling my VIP and NEVER shopping with them again.
