Overall my experience on Fabletics site is good. However the site needs better filtering. There is the size filter but it shows out of stock options for the size selected. This flaw wastes my time and was really annoying when I visited a later date for a 5 for something sale. I would say 90% of what I clicked into was sold out in my filtered size. Please make it a default not to show out of stock options when an item isn't available for the size filtered on or make it an option to select 'exclude out of stock'. On the plus side I love the items I purchased.

I've used Fabletics for other family members, primarily for shorts and leggings. I am 5'9 and ordered a pair of women's sweatpants for MY first purchase. Not only did they take forever to arrive, which is pretty typical for Fabletics, they were also super short... and I'm by no means super tall.

The clothing now are being constructed poorly fitting size wise or maybe just mislabeled. Especially the tops. I no longer order from this company

I love many things about fabletics. My only feedback that kept a higher rating was:
1. I receive emails of sales or other offers and go to website and none are available/out of stock and I just received the email. This needs to be fixed to retain a customer.
Many of my purchases I just love or I would not be a VIP!

When I signed up to get the special sale two for one it was unbeknownst to me that I signed up for membership and you started charging my credit card $69 a month that's a hustle it's a scam and I reported it to the attorney general's office. I want nothing to do with your company your fraud
I love the quality and variety of products, and have been a member for close to half a decade. The only issue I have is when some items are going on sale most sizes that I look for are not available and are often not restocked in time to still take advantage of the sales. If there is a better reward system to frequent customers to allow for them opportunities to take advantage of sales, that would be great.

Many times when I decide to order my siz r is no longer available. I usually purchase the pure lux high waist 7/8 (capri) leggings size 1X.
Also if I do find my size the option of color is very limited.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
