I tried to reach customer service to cancel membership but they never returned my inquiry. I don't see on the website a place to cancel. So annoying.
I love going into the actual brick and mortar store. I do NOT like the website. Too many side deals and offers that wont let you just check out and it is not strait forward. Also, it is like an Act of Congress to cancel your membership online. Skipping a month has gotten easier.

Love the fabric and durability of uniform.i don't feel the membership is necessary that's the reason I cancelled. Not in need of 59.99 worth of product every month. With everything going who would remember to skip a month or else be charged.

I couldn't be more unimpressed with these products. I was looking for an alternative to Lululemon, and after receiving a bundle of Fabletics products, Lululemon prices are justified. Fabletics material and legging designs are completely inferior. I will never purchase again.

I liked the intro price point and the product design, but wasn't really excited about the subscription model. I tried it and didn't like the model so I wanted to cancel - where you lost me for life was that you made it very hard to unsubscribe, with multiple gates and other things to prevent it. It felt manipulative and I would not be back as a result.

Purchased women's leggings in size small that continually slip down during a workout. I am 5' 4 and 125 pounds. Have leggings from other brands that have elastic at the waist. Quality was good but hate that I am pulling them up constantly. Disappointing.

Website is awful. So slow and takes multiple attempts to get anything to load. Sometimes I couldn't get it to load at all and would just have to try again later. The first order I placed was a scrub set. The pants weren't in stock when I ordered. I never got an email about this and found out when just my top arrived and was told by customer service that they were out of stock. The top was too big so I exchanged it for a smaller size. That top was too small. I did the same thing with the pants but from Amazon and had the same situation with sizing. Before I returned that top I contacted customer service because the website was saying my refund would be $0. I was assured by customer service that once they received the shirt my refund would be process and I would get my money back. I sent the shirt and never got my money back. I would not recommend ordering from Fabletics to anyone. The only good thing about my experience was that customer service was kind.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
