Fabletics is an innovative, high-quality athletic wear & accessories line co-founded by Kate Hudson that looks great & fits your budget.

Fabletics enjoys a generally positive reputation for its high-quality activewear, particularly among plus-size customers, with many expressing satisfaction with the product's fit and style. However, significant concerns arise regarding customer service, particularly related to the return process and subscription management, which many find frustrating and convoluted. Issues such as delayed refunds, poor inventory management, and inadequate support from customer service representatives contribute to a negative shopping experience for some. Overall, while the product quality garners praise, the customer service approach and operational challenges indicate areas needing improvement for enhanced customer satisfaction.

We've all seen the ads on social media. I walked into the store and greeted by happy employees ready to help. It was a great experience and even more satisfying when the clothes actual fit and form your body. The material is soft yet durable. Sweat proof and squat proof. Dream come true! I'm hooked
Excellent service. Super helpful. Will buy again for sure
They charged me for two months and I did not know. I cancelled the subscription.
I really don't like having only a few days window to skip a month, which I think is part of the business model, but ends up scamming over consumers. You're obviously wanting to count on the fact that in our busy lives, we may forget to skip a month, but you still get revenue from us it would be nicer if we were able to skip it anytime
Fabletics is only concerned about a monthly subscription
Not good service with quality products
I paid $140 for a $20 pair of pants
Scam Scam Scam
Like the title says, I love their running gear! The One shorts and pants are absolutely fantastic for eliminating chaffing and the need for a clunky arm band. Anytime I go on a long distance run I ALWAYS wear these items, they are a must have!
I purchased activewear from them, drawn in by their vip sign on special like most people. I had started working out again and needed a new active wear wardrobe. I bought various leggings and bras to start. The quality is so poor! Do not buy from them. Eveything slips, has no compression, and gives me the worst shape. I bought some leggings from other companies to compare and in every case fabletics were so much worse than anything I didn't like from elsewhere. Fabletics leggings shows every dimple and gives my butt a weird shape. So unflattering. This is trying on 6-8 different leggings from them. The only positive thing I have to say is they are not see through. The bras have no hold, and are not possible to actually work out in. I tried multiple sizes too, so this isn't a size issue. One sports bra has an elastic lining that literally cut my skin and made it bleed. I looked online for reviews and noticed they are all raving reviews by paid INFLUENCERS. There is no where for actual customers to leave reviews meaning there are no actual honest reviews for them. They are a scam. Do not give them a dime. Everything for workout clothes is absolute garbage. I tried for about 4 months, buying various workout clothes with nothing being worth my money. All the active wear I own by fabletics are useless items. The only items worth my money from them has been non active wear. I got a pair of flare leggings (too flared to work out in) and a pajama onesie thing that are nice. So if you buy from their non active wear stuff it won't be total garbage but I recommend just trying a different brand all together.
I purchased 4 pairs of pants. One got a big hole along the seam after a couple wears. I canceled VIP and when they asked why, I explained. They just said sorry I'm unhappy. They didn't address the issue at all and keep emailing me to come back. No thank you.
Really like the clothes but the way they trick you into a membership is frustrating.
Product was the best of quality. Return process was super simple. Great company!
Always sold out of best selections and don't restock quickly.
Never have my size anymore and when I do order my size, it doesn't seem to fit right.
They don't fit too well and I've tried better softer material for better price.
I have had over ten orders cancelled by the company. They say the order is cancelled because some of the items are not in stock, however they don't fill the rest of the order. Twice I made absolutely sure that the items in my cart has significant quantity so that it wouldn't get cancelled due to out of stock items - both times the order was cancelled for the same reason as usual. I have only ever had two orders actually full and get delivered
Having to remember to skip the member credit to overwhelming.
Second time that part of my order has not been received, due to stock shortages
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
