I am 71 years old, pleasingly plump, recent weight loss of 40 lbs due to experience with Covid, looking at my food choices and moving more, grandmother kind of woman! Fabletics has allowed me to try different wardrobe choices, and the clothes are well made. I will always refer to you. However, I do have some critiques. You have been more than fair regarding pricing and deals. But it is confusing. Also, models are beautiful, but sizing information is lacking for those of us with meat on our bones, short of obesity.
My wife and I love our scrub pants from Fabletics! Our scrub pants are the most comfortable garments we own. I am disabled and I find myself wearing these paints most of the time…to physical therapy…to visit my adult children and grandkids…to go shopping. They are literally the PERFECT do anything/everything garment!
The experience with the "membership" is less than attractive. The money that is automatically extracted for the so called membership can only be used for certain purchases, which left me buying things I don't even want to get discounts on things that I think I want. The quality of the clothing is actually as expected for the price. Not great quality for discounted items. The shipping times to get your order is just downright ridiculous. By the time you get your order, you'll forget what you ordered, and if things need to be returned, you can count on the turn around time to get the items that you reorder to be over a month.
Never received my order and now the website seems 2 not stock. Sizes have been unavailable for some time now
It's almost the only brand I workout in. In my opinion, it beats the price of Lulu Lemon. It beats the quality of Nike. And the fit of the 365 leggings stays up. The only thing I would add would be drawstrings to the waists of the leggings.
All positives. Love the fit and fabric. I've been a customer for a few years now, and Fabletics has become a stable in my wardrobe. As a fitness instructor, all I wear is gym clothes all day everyday. And I always look and feel my best when wearing fabletics.
I'm already a fan of Fabletics, but I got 2 pairs of pants for my mom this time. We weren't sure about the sizes so we ordered 2 different ones. We intended to send the incorrect size back, but she ended up loving the fit of both. 1 was a little looser and more comfortable and the other gave her a more confident "snatched" look. She loves them so much and I have never had an issue with items I've ordered. I wear them til they get holes and that takes a long time. Great company.
I have found the clothing to be so comfortable. Better priced then other big store brands. I feel that this brand will get better known and I hope they keep their pricing as is and their affordable rewards plan.

The leggings aren't as soft as Lululemon, but when you start the VIP program, they are pretty cheap! They do help with tummy control, which is nice. I'll continue to buy from Fabletics.

I ordered Christmas gifts for my daughter. A couple of months later I became aware of the fact that I somehow joined a club or program without my consent. Fabletics was monthly charging my card. When I called to get refunded, they wouldn't. And if I cancelled the subscription I would lose the points that I already accidentally paid for. Complete thievery. The only reason I didn't give one star is because of the quality of the clothes. My daughter wants more clothes from this company and I didn't forbid it, but I told her she had to be careful because the company engages is underhanded practices.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
