I place a order with fabletics back in April but they was too small, I contact fabletics and they had no problem with sending me a return label and they replace my order properly when larges sizes.
The only problem I have with fabletics which is not something so terrible is that some items that they had in the past I love love them and when I try to buy them again they will no longer carry them. If they can somehow keep a track of your items and then go back and look at them again and be able to order them would be great. Other than that love the outfits.
Customer service is great however the reason I joined fabletics was because I love the fabric of the leggings that you used to make they wore heavy strong and durable especially the ballerina styles they was thick and they lifted my butt but now you no longer make fabric like that and when I call they said that it would come back in the fall and winter but it be never do... I really don't like the nylon polyester blend I could get that anywhere I'm still waiting for then to return until then I will keep skipping a month... thanks for asking.

Quality of scrubs were disappointing. One came with the stitches busted and no pockets on the back. I messaged right away and returned the pants. I am still waiting for the replacement over a month later. 😞

We all sweat from different places and I sweat from my rear if not for fabletics I would leave behind a snail trail which is embarrassing I bought this because it helps a lot when I exercise or go biking
Fabletic gives you a great promotional discount if you sign up for the VIP membership. But the VIP membership is expensive and the credit system does not give you a deep enough discount to make it worth your buck. Who needs to buy athletic clothing multiple times a year?!
I like the quality of the clothing...but not enough to pay their prices.
I had a terrible time trying to find matching tops to the bottoms and vice versa for items I was interested in. I finally found a few things and took the plunge to become a "member". The fit was so inconsistent that items were either too big or too small and I didn't keep anything. Upon return I cancelled by member status.
It's great as an initial customer with the promotional pricing but for $60 a month, I really don't see the value. My sizes are hardly in stock, there's sale prices that I can use a credit on but the sale price is cheaper than my $60 credit so I'm paying more… not for me.
As someone who skips months more than not, I find it very hard to do so. There's not an easy way to find the skip month button. I find this very frustrating and it makes me want to cancel every month.
Fabletics's core product – leggings and other athletic/athleisure – is great, but they have a few problems:
The motion365 fabric is the best, but the monthly outfits almost always have powerhold or oasis pureluxe leggings, which simply aren't as good!
The website is SO BUGGY it's insane. As someone who works in tech i'm a little scandalized at the web performance
Pleasantly surprised. Great soft, buttery fabric. Great colors but not all colors are available in all sizes or styles. I do wish they had more styles in red. I also wish they had more products available in TALL sizes. The fit of each of the top styles vary greatly by size. I usually wear a size large, but actually needed an extra-large in the top with the knot in the front (Which is my favorite). Prices for new customers and hitting the sales makes the cost very affordable. I recommend Fabletics, especially if you're not willing to pay the price for Lululemon.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
