I've been getting Fabletics clothing for maybe a year now. All kinds suit me, and I wear them everywhere. I've sometimes found slacks difficult to find long enough for me, but I have several different colors and wear them often. Sometimes you are out of the color I want, though. Work harder on that, please.
I've been very pleased with the clothes I have bought: fit well, look great, launder easily. It took me a while to learn how to say no at beginning of the month, so I was billed once for nothing and had to buy something. Never again. Will be cancelling soon. Have enough clothes, don't need aggravation.
Got 2 pair of shorts. Uncomfortable and look awful. Also just charged me $59.99 for this month that I need to investigate. Crap company

The delivery person carelessly tossed my package and broke off a cactus I was nurturing. He was recorded on my Ring camera. I was also not happy with the sizing. Items run small and returns so cumbersome I passed them on. The saving grace was the materials feel like quality. I'll never know how they wash and wear.
My gripe is more with OnTrac, their delivery service. I was informed the delivery address was wrong, so i corrected the address. For the next 3 days i got a text saying my package was out for delivery, but never arrived. I submitted multiple inquiries and messages about where my package was, and never got an answer. Then I was finlly informed by fabletics that ontrac had sent my package back to them. Terrible experience, and no one from ontrac or fabletics has reached out.
Took a little time for order to get here but the overall ordering experience was good and i like the fit!

Fabletics customer service is excellent. I placed an order and then they had a Memorial Weekend Sale 2 days later. I called them inquiring that the items I ordered, were now on sale. Within minutes, they looked up my info and refunded me for the sale price. I couldn't be happier between the quality of their products and the great care they give to their customers.
Love Fabletic! Fit great, sizing is perfect and they wash beautifully! I get compliments all the time! I love having side pockets to put my phone i& my gym card! If I go for a run, it's wonderful not to have a bunny pack around my waist, bouncing up and down!

How did I get a membership for $64 dollars a month? I don't remember seeing anything about a membership. And then when I canceled Fabletics keeps my "credits" I feel like I just got scammed
I timed the site wide sale at a good time and found items that I loved and tried new items as well.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
