The clothes I've ordered and received are good quality and nice. However, I have a VIP membership and I used to get a warning email that it was the first of the month and I needed to pick my outfit or skip. That email no longer comes and there have been several times I had to pay for a credit because I forgot to skip. This is incredibly frustrating.
I think Fabletics is the perfect affordable workout attire. It's so cute and it washes well.
I'm not sure what is going on with sizing lately but 3x and 4x have been listed as "Sold Out" on items that are not even released yet (VIP early access). In the past 2x sizing was snug but still fit so I tried it and I can't even get this skirt up past my hips barely. It's very ill fitting and if you've stopped making 3x and 4x in all products across the board your consumers deserve to know. The colors are absolutely gorgeous on everything I purchased and I have been searching for this color themes for a while and was so happy to see them. The yitty shorts are a delicious material but the cut is very strange and doesn't give much room for movement in the crotch and thigh. The two tops worked out absolutely perfectly and I am loving them both. I understand the return policy but it is more hassle than it's worth so I've held the items. Carry more plus sizes in stores and online, and for the love of god please get creative again with your designs already- that was what initially drew me to this brand was how innovative and stylish the product lines were, the inclusive sizing and the quality. I've been buying for almost a decade and I want to believe you can bounce back. But in the meantime I'm also exploring other options. 😿
I've been a loyal customer of Fabletics since 2016. They've been my go to brand and whenever I would try a competitor out, they would always fall short of comfort and quality. Majority of the outfits in my workout wardrobe are still from the original purchases and the color and quality have held up nicely. It saddens me that the most recent purchases have been terrible cut, sub-par quality and atrocious prints. I've submitted several reviews about their selections on the plus size line and it's lack of consistency. Sizes are constantly selling out and they fail to restock high demand sizes. I'm losing faith in their ability to produce a quality product with realistic sizing and strong options for equally strong plus size women.
I love you guys clothes and I love the fact that I had some things I bought and I had to weight loss surgery so they were too big and I was able to take them back and get the correct size so if I could give you all 10 stars for that, I truly would.
I was hesitant to initially sign up for the Fabletics membership. Paying a monthly fee to buy clothes seemed weird at first. After understanding the business model as well as benefits I decided to give it a go. I am very happy with my decision to do so. The membership fee/ credits can be skipped whenever I see fit. When I do take the credit I have the ability to get a 2 piece set which is a great value. The sales they run are almost weekly and are an amazing value for what you get. The colors and clothes are new and fresh quarterly. Lastly, the quality is superb, never had an issue and if I am unhappy with an item I have several ways to exchange or return. I would highly recommend if you're in the fence about joining Fabletics. You will be happy with your decision.:-)
The site has been reorganized and I do like the layout. I found it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. I have always been pleased with Fabletics customer service and the products are fabulous!

I am highly dissatisfied, my order was not delivered by whatever carrier you all used. I provided proof the order was never delivered, yet I was never compensated or provided any other alternatives! Please advise. Thanks!
I've been running and exercising regularly for 15 years. I've tried all sorts of shorts, and Fabletics is by far the best. The comfort, fit, pockets, zippers are all well-designed for a runner.
I was told I would be sr y an email a week ahead of the skip s month so reactivated and last month did not even get the one email.
Delivery is excellent. The fit and material are all top notch
You advertised 2 pair of shorts for $20. I purchased the 2 shorts paid $20 and then a week later $60 was taken from my account. Never agreed to anything other than the $20 for 2 shorts. I tried contacting and got nothing. Will never order again and will definitely be stopping anyone from order as well.
Returned item to store and took nearly 3 weeks to get a new one to my door
Fabletics offers great products that are very comfortable to wear. However for more than 50% of the time that I shop, they are always out of stock on the sizes that I wear. They becomes frustrating quickly… Also there are too many added on fees for tariffs. They also charge tax on the full cost before any discounts or credits. I purchased multiple items, used a credit and had a 50% off sale. Subtotal amount was $35.08. They charged me $7.20 in tariffs and $14.09 in taxes. My $35 subtotal cost me $56.37. So if you can get past all of the added cost, then go for it.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
