I placed an order then another. These items are so comfortable
Fabletics was much too big a pain to be worth it, didn't have normal online shopping return policies, found sneaky ways to charge you, and was much too complicated when it came to "credits" and what you were paying for. I got sick of being scammed and taken for a ride so I cancelled and feel so much better!
The customer support team was very kind, quick to respond, and extremely helpful. On top of that they have the highest quality shorts I have seen for the price.
Return was smooth and easy. Scrub top did not fit right. Too tight around chest and arm area.

I have the fabletics membership for 3 plus years now. It's a great program, I pay a monthly fee and shop every six months with my credits. The clothing is very comfortable and stylish. You can't beat the price on their monthly deals.
Most of the items I'd gotten had lots of loose strings on them and the sizes of the clothes were wayyyy too small and I triple checked them before I made my purchase and still needed up sending 4 items back.
I ordered a set of scrubs which I have never tried on and no longer need or want so I will be sending them back. But after ordering y'all withdrew an additional $60 for some membership that I never authorized.
Not At All Likely I will ever order from Fabletics again.
I ordered several things in the May sale and saved money and received them in a timely manner! I was out of country during their arrival and was very excited to see them waiting on me when I came home. The flare yoga pants are very comfortable and I could even dress them up for work 🤩! No one questioned them.
The site is hard to navigate. It lists the same item multiple times in different colors and the repetitiveness is confusing as you end up seeing the same listing multiple times.
Size filters don't work well and continue to show the same things that aren't in stock in your size.
Overall the items are good and pricing is ok, dealing with the site is the most frustrating part of the transaction.
Somehow I got signed up for some program and was charged $60 for no items - some type of membership that I did not sign up for. Watch out! I did get my money back, but I had to contact customer service and it was a hassle. My son likes the merchadise, but I won't be using the website again.

I love everything I have purchased from Fabletics. Sometimes my size or the style I'm interested in is sold out, which can be frustrating; but overall I'm pleased with what I have found so far. Great quality for the price I pay, for sure!
I bought Fabletics for the first time because of the promotion and I loved it. I did 2 more orders after that.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
