I don't like their sales practices; they are not correct. I ended up paying much more for a swimsuit and felt cheated.
I contacted customer service because I was charged the monthly fee even though I had skipped the month. I have been a customer for several years and never had any problems.
Customer service told me that since I could not "prove" I skipped the month they could not help me. Felt like I was being called a liar. Not a good experience.

The majority of the items I purchased were of good to great quality. I've only encountered an issue with one set of pants where the zipper on the front right pocket separated within the first couple uses of it. The clothes are stylish and are well fitted.
The 2 pair of shorts i recieved fit well and are of good quality. I was charged for each as I expected. A few days later a charge for 59.95 was charged to my card as well.?. Some kind of account credit voucher which I did not approve.

I am a nurse and thought I would try a set of the scrubs since my mandatory color for my unit was available. I usually buy another comparable brand, same material & price range. I purchased one set & I loved them more than my old brand. I like the fit, wrinkle free & a little cheaper than my old brand. I bought several more sets. My only complaint- the VIP status. You have a great product. Just sell it as is. Please don't complicate it!

I wanted to try Fabletics because I love Khloe V3 how it looks. So i bought it and I'm in love with it. How it fits me, the color, the quality. Fabletics now is my favorite sport brand.

I've had a Fabletics mo membership for a long time now. I've bought a ton of items in that time. The quality isn't the best. My hoodie started to shred after the first wash. Some shorts feel like paper and could rip at any moment. The color fades on just about everything immediately. The sizing isn't consistent. Even the men's hoodies are too short. I would never buy anything full price on this site. Will be canceling soon.
Fabletics is my favorite go to for leggings. They are excellent quality come in an extra long length. My favorite is the high waist, cool weather style with pockets for my iPhone, plus. I wish they had more of this style In stock. The fabric is great, even in other seasons.
Everything I've purchased over the years from Fabletics has lasted a long time and still looked in good condition. When you can find pieces you like on sale, it's usually a super deal! The only problem I've had is not being able to find my size when the sale is on. Unfortunately, this happens often. Their return policy is amazing!
Just a poorly made website and app. Hard to find items, it freezes, gets stuck and/or remove cart items. My husband almost completely gave up making any purchases due to the multiple issues trying to shop. Can't easily get from woman's to men's items to shop and vise versa. Very frustrating site to shop on, which is a shame because their clothes are great.
Pants are okay, however I have been trying to cancel subscription as I don't want to buy clothes every month. I have not received any reply to my emails. I guess I will just have to contact my credit card and dispute the charge as fraud to get someone's attention.
Fabletics always has amazing deals on their high quality merchandise! You will definitely, always be able to find at least one thing that is perfect for you… If not more than that! The clothes hold up amazingly and are perfect for being active; or just lounging. Love it!
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
