I used to love their simple leggings and athleisure. But the fits are trying to be trendy and weirdly cut now, nothing fits right. The scrubs were terrible. The auto billing is super annoying, I ended up with a bunch of credits and no interesting options. Returns are easy though so there's a plus. & Cancelling wasn't a fiasco so that was fine too.
Whenever I wear any of my Fabletics, I feel fabulous! The complement start coming in when my co-worker, friend or family see me showing off my Fabletis clothing making me even more FABULOUS then I already am! 💕💜💜

I purchased several pairs of running shorts, but the quality seems to have gone done. The fabric of the shorts and shirt are like paper. Very disappointing as I bought shirts before love's them.
They didn't help with my issue. I tried to explain that it wasn't in the terms and conditions to only apply to one order and they kept saying they understood but it's on only one order. They obviously didn't understand but just kept stating they did.
I love shopping at Fabletics. At their store the staff always makes sure you're taken care of. I love that I can order items in the store and have them shipped to my house with free shipping. I love being able to return items to the store that I bought online. I've been really happy with them.
I have bought multiple pairs of your one shorts and your swim trunks. They are so comfortable and look good on me. I love that they are lined so you don't have to wear underwear with them. Your shirts and tank are amazing as well.
I am consistently impressed by the quality of my fable tics products. Fabrics are thick, stretchy and never tear, never see-through. I haven't thrown out a single item I have purchased from wear and tear, and I have quite a bit of use. Everything is cute and extremely functional. Returns and exchanges are easy. My only complaint is I wish things did not sell out so quickly or they restocked faster.
The fabletics app needs to work faster, its too slow in loading
I needed new gym clothes and got a snapchat ad about this company. The clothes looked good and I liked that the shirts are made of material other than polyester, which seems to be hard to find these days. I ordered shorts, shirts, and underwear with the 70% off new member deal and they fit great, so I ordered more right away. Then I got an email that I did not skip the month and would be charged $59.95. A subscription service for clothing? Why? Just why? Everything is a subscription service and it is so unnecessary. I assume they hope you'll forget about it and just continue to be charged. Well, I locked my credit card and they continued to try and charge my card about every other day and sometimes twice a day. I am unable to remove my credit card from my Fabletics account. It is probably easier to just contact my credit card for a new card than to try and contact Fabletics and have my whole account deleted. Such a disappointment to find a company that makes a good product only to drive them away a customer (maybe customers if other people feel the same way I do) with a bad sales model.
Have been a Fabletics member since 2016 and they never disappoint! I have turned my husband onto their underwear that he absolutely loves.
I have been browsing for a pair of shorts for years. I have a few but I could never find the right price, perfect fit and colors. Fabletics came across my social media path like a comet burning in the night sky. I decided to pull the plastic out and purchase many pairs. Best pair of gym shorts ever. The skip button wouldn't work during the start of the month. The button just kept redirecting me to the homepage so I had to get in touch with someone online who was very helpful but really it shouldn't have gotten to that point. The skip the month button should be available at all times and it should be working properly.
Not really sure the benefit of membership, feel like I can get most of the stuff cheaper than what a credit buys me each month just waiting for one of their million sales. I've been overcharged the last two times, they advertise "2 for" a certain price, discount one and charge full price on the other. I have gotten refunds but shouldn't have to. The worst is they use a second rate shipping service called Ontrac, always shipping issues…deliver to the wrong address, always some excuse for delays and regularly show up on a weekend to a business address to further delay arrival. My last order still has not arrived from 10 days ago. Red white and blue for the 4th which is today…NOT HERE! Dave the money and frustration, they just don't have there sh&t together!
The phone number listed on the website takes you to a third party company who trys to sell life alert necklaces. There are no actual customer service agents for a live call.
I ordered an exhange and received the exact size I had returned instead of the different size I requested. The help is so lacking that I am unlikely to continue purchasing due to the hassle when things go wrong. I have also purchased panties that fray and fall apart after one wash. Again, no CS support.
I was excited and signed up for the monthly membership but was quickly disappointed when my size (1X or 2X) was never in stock on line or in stores and if it was it was only the off colors. I ended up cancelling because of this.
I have been a Fabletics customer for years and am generally happy with my purchase. I have been able to get really good deals for great quality athletic wear. I loved all the pieces I received except the Cloudless V Neck Sweat Tank was a much thicker material than expected. At 100+ degrees it is much too hot to wear right now. I'll save for when the weather is cooler.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
