It is upsetting to order an item and pay full price for it when it goes on sale so quickly afterwards!
3 months ago I hit the "SKIP THIS MO TH" button & went on with my day. A few days later my credit card let me know Fabletics took $59.95 off my card! So the last 2 months I have been watching more closely & had to make a phone call to skip. The agents don't seem to apologize & tell me it's my fault but I have tried clearing cookies, multiple browsers & multiple computers but the SKIP button does not work! I also can't change my payment method unless I make a purchase! I am about to cancel my membership.
Takes way too long to get items. My first purchase took over 10 days. Even past expected delivery date. Didn't arrive in time for needed event. Canceling membership. Not worth the wait.
The clothing I purchased from Fabletics is perfect for what I need. I wear it at work, home, events. It looks good and it feels good. Thank you Fabletics! Will buy again!
For the price I paid my first set of scrubs I will most definitely not complain, but I won't buy another pair at full price. I neither like nor dislike them but they most definitely are not my favorite set. It could just be my personal opinion but I'm just not very fond of the material.
I love the only pants and shorts, but not the shirts so much. My wife is a nurse and she does really like the scrubs.
I love the way they fit my body and how easy it is to workout in them. I work out 4x a week and all I wear is Fabletics! They keep me dry in all the right places which is a huge plus for me!
This is my second go around with them. I like their products but there is always a catch to become a member. I will be dropping it for $60 dollars a month. I do think their products are good not great and their deals are ok. They get you on the membership and the sales don't always work in the customers favor.
The fabric is such low quality, it feels like a plastic bag wrapped around your legs. And trying to sell these at $60 without a membership is outrageous. While the design is nice, the quality is abysmal.
They hang up on me one time…I was incorrect on a matter, but no need to hang up, just rude. Another time, I returned items to the store & requested that money held by Fab should be returned, they refused to do that. Its a hard company to deal with
The leggings and tops I purchased were just wonderful. I was visiting from Australia and my partner saw the commercial. We decided to give Fabletics and go. Considering it was my first purchase, I only bought a few items. If I had known they would be great quality and fit perfectly, I would have ordered several more pairs. When they arrived and I tried them on, I immediately went to the website to see if the sale was still on... Unfortunately, it wasn't.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
