Fabletics is an innovative, high-quality athletic wear & accessories line co-founded by Kate Hudson that looks great & fits your budget.

Fabletics enjoys a generally positive reputation for its high-quality activewear, particularly among plus-size customers, with many expressing satisfaction with the product's fit and style. However, significant concerns arise regarding customer service, particularly related to the return process and subscription management, which many find frustrating and convoluted. Issues such as delayed refunds, poor inventory management, and inadequate support from customer service representatives contribute to a negative shopping experience for some. Overall, while the product quality garners praise, the customer service approach and operational challenges indicate areas needing improvement for enhanced customer satisfaction.

High quality and very comfortable. Highly recommended. Would order again.
All pieces were too small. Very disappointing. Was a hassle to send back and cancel membership
I have been with Fabletics for several years now. When I joined, I was starting to workout several days a week, and I needed just about as many clothes for activity as I did for everyday wear. Fabletics helped me slowly create a wardrobe, month by month, for staying active every season of the year.
Great quality and my favorite. However I don't like the membership experience. Yes I can suspend but only if I remember.
I called in throughout this exchange order and the previous original order as I had decided to give Fabletics another try from a couple years prior. Surprisingly it was the Men's sizing and quick wearing out o the shirts in particular a couple years ago, yet my order arrived quickly. In this order, however the product seems of a higher quality and I decided to restart my VIP membership to give another try to Fabletics I noticed that it is a "Bit much" given the constant flooding of emails (which i have unsubscribed from) and constant plugging the unbelievable discounts which in turn flooded you guys with orders and that causing so much not available inventory and significant delays with orders awaiting to be shipped.
It does not make business sense to wildly promote your product and consistency running the "Best sale" every week if you do not have inventory to fulfill what is an estimate uptick in orders. It's not customer savy at all. Not to mention when you do settle for items that are only in stock instead of shipping within 1-2 days or whatever your website states it is taking a full calendar week before anything is moving from the warehouse. For this I will be discontinuing at best and consistently skipping months until this improves. This is really a shame.
I think it's a scam - to get the good prices you need to be a member and they automatically charge you every month but then put their items on sale for considerably less than what your monthly charge is. There is no reminder that the charge is coming (unlike every other membership I've ever had). It feels very deceptive. And then trying to cancel the membership is convoluted and not easy. Won't be purchasing from here again.
Very happy with the leggins, biker shorts, and swim. True to size, flattering, and comfortable!
Often there will be adds in my email and when I click on them the page open to different product and unable to find the listed items at the price shown.
Items took almost two full weeks to arrive. The fit wasn't great, but I'm done dealing with customer service. I canceled my vip membership. There are lots of other options.
I skipped last month on the first and they still automatically charged my card. Don't fall for their scam. It's a joke.
I loved the experience at the pop up store with the workers but was a bit frustrated because the store didn't have my size or color in stock multiple times. I had to keep coming back and finally got my order in July after starting in June.
It was easy to work out on and it's not see thru. Loves how it fit and made me feel sexy while working out.
Order 2 different sets of scrubs one sit the other didn't. Material isn't what states it is no stretch
Using the sort and filter options I was able to quickly locate the items my daughter was searching for. The price was competitive and returns are seamless.
Material not a stretchy as I would assume.
Still good quality but restricted
Cute style, lots of variety, enticing website and emails. But supplies limited. And shipping/processing fees have gotten prohibitivley high.
I've always loved Fabletics. It's easy to shop, grab a membership, then cancel if you want. Sometimes favorite leggings/colors are out of stock though. Also, the last two pair of leggings got a hole in them fairly quickly and then a run forms up/down from the hole. Not happy with the quality in that respect.
Bought a pair of shorts once, end up being a VIP member, I got charged $55 for two months straight, when I tried to redeem my perk points I was getting charged full price for any piece of clothing and also a $11.99 delivery fee, of course I was upset and cancel my forced membership and lost the perk points and didn't get the money back. THATS A ROBBERY
There doesn't seem to be any consistency in sizing.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
