Fabletics is an innovative, high-quality athletic wear & accessories line co-founded by Kate Hudson that looks great & fits your budget.

Fabletics enjoys a generally positive reputation for its high-quality activewear, particularly among plus-size customers, with many expressing satisfaction with the product's fit and style. However, significant concerns arise regarding customer service, particularly related to the return process and subscription management, which many find frustrating and convoluted. Issues such as delayed refunds, poor inventory management, and inadequate support from customer service representatives contribute to a negative shopping experience for some. Overall, while the product quality garners praise, the customer service approach and operational challenges indicate areas needing improvement for enhanced customer satisfaction.

The discount of 20 a set was only good for one and then when I had to return I got credit for only $20 not the higher price I paid for 5 other outfits. I also dont know how/why there is such a difference in price. $20 to $80 for the same (HUGE MARKUP)
The neck hole of the scrubs is very small for everyone.
We love the color but the scrubs are honestly not a favorite of anyone of the 6 ppl who got them.
Chat help sucks and is unreseponsive. I tried multiple times to get an update on an order after 3 weeks with nothing
The power hold leggings are the best! I have noticed the few newer pairs feel like a little different material though and I have a little hole in the knees of one that's only a few months old so that's disappointing. I love the style but there are a lot of tops I can't wear, I wish they had a few more non crop top type options!
I love my power hold leggings and the sport bras but all the tops I've got are always so short and it's just how they are. There are so many cute tops I'd like to order or don't because of the length, I can't wait for the crop top trend to be over. If there were better top options I wouldn't have canceled my membership.
Odered 2 shorts. Took 2 weeks to be fulfilled. Returned both for size too small and requested both in larger size. Only one now available as other was out of stock. Exchang arrived after 2 weeks and was same size as what was returned. Returned again and finally got corect size for 1/2 of my original order and an investment in 6 weeks of time. Shipping is the slowest in the industry!Attention to detail on the return was not accepteble.
As a personal trainer and cycle instructor at Trufusion in San Antonio I need my fits to be consistently comfortable and super cute. I get that here with Fabletics. Very satisfied and loyal customer. LoLo
It took a lot of work to figure out how to get the promo and then even more work to cancel the subscription and then I was worried it wouldn't even cancel before I had to pay it. And the shorts weren't that special. If you're willing to pay the subscription, the plan and business model isn't bad, but if you want the promo they offer for a first time purchase, they're gonna make it hard on you.
Wonderful manager who helped me. And the quality. I wear fabletics daily.
Comfortable and looks good. I have big legs and cellulite. I want to keep everything tight.
It's good to do the trial and buy a ton of stuff at the discount price, but even as a subscription member, $60 a month of a free shirt and pants and then the pricing as a member for the regular items is a rip off. You're better off getting stuff from Target. Same quality, no subscription. Once you order, you get a shipping email from a Chinese company so it's not like it's made in USA or has any good reason to be expensive, it is cheap mass produced clothing like anything else.
I love the high quality that are practical and look great.
I feel like I was tricked into this crazy subscription service that is difficult to get out of.
I like the clothes that I have purchased on the site. Good quality and comfortable. The website I have had trouble with. On 3 occasions I have skipped a month and then it still charges me for a VIP credit.
I love Fabletics material and fabrics in female clothes and also, my grown children have requested Fabletics pants and tops for Christmas and birthdays for the last 3 years.
Packet took a long time to arrive. Pants are great, but tops are more limited. I want a top that covers my a$$ but it's not too baggy. Bras are also perfect support but the inserts come off every time during washing. Men clothes are good quality
Shopping on line and the store has been great.
So far happy with everything I have purchased.
Fits great.
Would like to see 9 inch shorts for one short.
I have successfully purchased an entire wardrobe of Fabletics pants & shorts which I truly enjoy [in the store and via the app] nevertheless to have to constantly SKIP singular months at a time is...very frustrating. One month where I SKIPPED properly, I was still charged and had to jump through hoops to get the fee refunded. While I would prefer not to cancel my subscription as I do really enjoy their products, it is always on my mind - do I just cancel and forget about Fabletics projects altogether or keep the subscription and struggle with the monthly process.
Additionally, when I initially signed up for the VIP program it was never explained you only get the major discount the 1st time you shop. I would have purchased more
I absolutely love my purchases! The garments are made with quality fabrics. Everything fit perfectly. As a nanny needing comfortable and stylish day wear, I'm super happy and impressed!
Purchased a few things, didn't care for the fabric. Requested a return label, received immediately. Went to UPS showed the QR and that was it. Received confirmation.
I really like Fabletics clothing; no hassles
I order from Fabletics a lot, especially the sales. But I don't purchase the workout bra's on line, due to each one fits differently. Overall great quality, fits comfortable, the material last a long time.
The site is easy to use and navigate: I'm not only talking about shopping and making a purchase. I'm talking about the full user experience.
The clothes I have purchased are among the favorites I wear daily. Many of the shirts and pants I have worn to the office or to showings with my clients. They keep me cool & dry, while still looking great and feeling comfortable.
The shipping process continues this trend of superior quality and service in an age of short cuts and carelessness. Not Fabletics. The items arrive packaged well and with multiple notifications so I know when to expect my purchase. Often they have under-promised a delivery date and arrive at my door earlier than expected.
I started with a small purchase online for a couple polo shirts. I have made many online purchases and frequent physical stores in our area when I can.
This is currently my go-to brand along with Cole Haan. Yes. They belong in the same category. I look forward to continue being a very happy customer.
I put a little discount in the product but you have to pay suscrip for 65 dollar they never said that
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
