Fabletics is an innovative, high-quality athletic wear & accessories line co-founded by Kate Hudson that looks great & fits your budget.

Fabletics enjoys a generally positive reputation for its high-quality activewear, particularly among plus-size customers, with many expressing satisfaction with the product's fit and style. However, significant concerns arise regarding customer service, particularly related to the return process and subscription management, which many find frustrating and convoluted. Issues such as delayed refunds, poor inventory management, and inadequate support from customer service representatives contribute to a negative shopping experience for some. Overall, while the product quality garners praise, the customer service approach and operational challenges indicate areas needing improvement for enhanced customer satisfaction.

3 weeks for domestic shipping? Really? This took so long to arrive I seriously forgot I had made the order.
This is a monthly subscription that way to expensive. I don't feel like paying $60 dollars for shorts or a tank top. Most shorts don't even have pockets.
Excellent Service- no surprises! Customer Service, the item itself and delivery - all top notch.
"VIP membership" designed as a scam to trick you into either forgetting to skip the month and thus be charged. Even when you do click "skip" you go to another page where you have to scroll to the bottom to confirm skipping and I missed this and was charged. Very shady design.
I closed my monthly account in-store, but then several months later was charged a recurrent fee after a significant break and no request from me to restart. When I complained, they claimed there was "no evidence or record of the closure", even though I had disputed the charge with my credit card company months prior as well as clearly half a year without any charges l. This experience has completely eroded my trust, and despite the appeal of their clothing I will never spend a single cent with them again. This experience has completely eroded my trust in them, despite the appeal of their clothing. It felt like they were stealing from me, and they didn't allow me to redeem the full cost of what I had spent. Their payment system is a mess, and I won't tolerate this kind of treatment ever again. Its hard to find the scrub sets in the colors I REALLY want in my size. Ether there is not on my size of the style I like. Maybe Fabletics can make a scrub set for summer wear. Like of light cool fabric yet very functionable.
Just love your product. I like that you have expanded the color selection. I usually shop online but found the customer service to be top notch!
So Fabletics has this subscription service to get the VIP pricing, you have to call and cancel. Pretty sure with new legislature this is illegal. If you can sign up with the click of a button, you must be able to cancel just as easily. Don't bother they suck...The person i interacted with when i did call and cancel was incredibly helpful and patient and understood. She was the only delightful experience. Hence the 2/5
The designs are fun, the fabrics are soft yet supportive when and where they need to be, the sizing is accurate but if something doesn't fit exchanging is pretty easy. Regular pricing is high, but if you join the "club" the deals are fabulous. I"m a fan!
Easy to order online, arrives in a reasonable time. If I don't like what I ordered, it's easy to return.
I didn't even know I was paying an annual subscription fee - please cancel
Leggings are great, but the subscription model with expiring credits offsets my feelings about the product.
Why do credits expire- did you get my money or not? It feels like a scam, like the company counts on customers to be too busy to stay on top of it all and they get money for nothing.
Also, not a fan of the 'sales'. For instance, an item may be on sale for $30, or 1 credit (~$50) - so you either take the L on the ~$20 or you pay the $30 out of pocket in lieu of the credit.
Lastly, responded to a fabletics request for feedback and told them I wasn't a fan of expiring credits; that sucks. Customer service responded saying 'you should have read fine print - re: terms of service. Wasn't expecting a response, and I think I would have preferred no response over the condescending 'read here dummy' email I got.
Some of the fabrics are heavy. When I tried to talk to someone on chat it took over 20 minutes to respond. By then I didn't reply within 5 min and they ended the chat.
I've purchased many items from Fabletics. I love the product and the sales. I would have given five stars, but I feel the regular prices are a bit high. Everything is good quality and built to last. I wish all of the pants had pockets, and that the tops were a bit longer for my long torso. I wear Fabletics almost everyday!
Sizes are so inconsistent I never know what size to order.
Typically whatever size is suggested or I am trying order is never available. I always have to order a different size than I would like to. Prices are getting outrageous, and material is getting cheap and thin.
We ordered 3 pairs of "The Only Pant" in the classic fit. Only 1 pair fit. The other two had issues with the pant length. They were supposed to have a 34" inseam. The first pair the legs were two different lengths one 33" and one 34".
The second pair had two different lengths as well, one 32 1/2" and the other 33".
We then tried to order the same pants in a slim fit, again a 34" inseam, but the pants were 33" inseam.
We are very happy with the one pair we got but disappointed we can't get more.
No complaints here. Fast and easy shopping experience with no hiccups. I'm also very happy with the product.
Excellent products, fabric and styles. Been a client for over a few years and love it
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
