First of all the product is great. Love the shorts. But the membership is a MAJOR RIP OFF. The whole site is perpetually "on sale" but the $60 I paid for the month only allowed me to get 1 item (which has been severely brought down in price. So I'm paying $60 for what a non member is paying less than half for the same product. I should be allowed to use $60 worth when i use a point. DONT GET A SUBSCRIPTION, but DO buy the product when its on sale (all the time).
I used to really like fabletics as an over all, go to fitness app. I have been a member since the beginning. But now I find that they often do not have my size, the outfits are weird colors and combinations.
I understand the customer base may be more female related, but please make it easier to find men's clothing on app and site.
Otherwise, no complaints.
I own about 16 pair of fabletics scrubs! These are the best to work in!
In the process of trying to cancel my membership I was told that I would be transferred to a live agent. This never happened. I waited and wasted my time for nothing to happen.
Had 3 separate exchanges. Should have been 2 but they sent me the wrong thing in the exchange. They 'lost' my merchandise all 3 times! Claimed I didn't send it in and then 'found it in the warehouse' gross. I'm a long time Fabletics fan and now I am done.
I had a few exchanges (3) and they lost every single one. Once I gave them tracking info the miraculously discovered them in the warehouse. Awful.
I like Fabletics but find that the member credit system does not make sense. Sometimes the Clothes it's fabletics are less expensive if paid for without member credits. I find that frustrating. If a member credit is 59.95, but something is on sale for 23 or 1 member credit, that seems like members with credits are being taken advantage of.
Love the new Cloud Jersey material. I travel a lot, and I wear my hoodie and jogger sets to the airport every time!
Have loved Fabletics for years. And since they have come out with the Pureluxe Leggings the love has grown. As a woman with cellulite these smooth my legs & look amazing. And the pockets are a must!
I love Fabletics products and I wish that they would stock all of their products in store because buying online is an adventure, the shipping department and the delivery company are not in sink we each other, they do not give updates I had to call several times to inquire about my items. So until this is corrected I will not order anything
Let me start by saying your product is made well and I would like to see more sizes available at the store because shopping on line is easy but your shipping partners are the worst's. Every order I've made on line I have had the same experience BAD and it has left a bad taste in my mouth and I haven't made a purchase since my last purchase.
Bought a bundle pack of bras. The material is not as comfortable as previous purchases. Very suffocating feeling

I like Fabletics because of the many color options and extended sizes. However, trying to find anything on the site is difficult. I feel that shopping on Fabletics would be easier (and I'd probably buy more) if there was 1 selection per style on the main shopping page. Click into that style and then see all the sizes and colors. When scrolling through the main shopping page and continuing to pass the same style but in different colors or sizes while trying to find a different style always makes me disinterested and I end up exiting Fabletics altogether.
If the site was paired down to be easy to glance at or actually kept a shopper in a specific style (bras, tops, bottoms) that would be great.
My 6'5"" tall man loves the produces from this company but it's vey seldom that merchandise in his size is available. Talll with an in seam of 32" or longer if available, sell out and are not stocked in the stores.
We do very much like the items we have successfully purchased in his size.
I like their fits and styles but for men there is often a significant lack of color. Only a couple of colors a year are added to their range per item. This results in the fact that men often can only choose between a variety black, blue and grey if the other colors (+/- 2) do not suit them.
It would be great if a larger variety of colors is made available.
I feel the sizes are inaccurate. The timing of delivery is way to long
9 or if 19 pieces came. When we called they didn't know how. The person didn't even want to remedy it. Have no idea how and when we will get those items. If we do a return, they will return money for only the pieces we received. What is sad is that they have very good product, just no service
I am satisfied with the clothes I got. However, I have cancelled my account and unsubscribed from emails because I don't need new workout shorts and tees every month. I have "unsubscribed" several times and each time received confirmation that I have unsubscribed successfully. However, the endless harassing emails never stop and I am continuing to get them. Make. Them. Stop!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
