Fabletics is an innovative, high-quality athletic wear & accessories line co-founded by Kate Hudson that looks great & fits your budget.

Fabletics enjoys a generally positive reputation for its high-quality activewear, particularly among plus-size customers, with many expressing satisfaction with the product's fit and style. However, significant concerns arise regarding customer service, particularly related to the return process and subscription management, which many find frustrating and convoluted. Issues such as delayed refunds, poor inventory management, and inadequate support from customer service representatives contribute to a negative shopping experience for some. Overall, while the product quality garners praise, the customer service approach and operational challenges indicate areas needing improvement for enhanced customer satisfaction.

Great fit excellently made I love them and now have 3 set and plan to buy more
When I signed up at fabletixs, it wasn't clear that I would be charged monthly unless I made a purchase! That is crazy. I was not aware of this until my account was charged the month after I made a purchase.
I returned my entire purchase as items didn't fit or weren't as described on the website. Website is not user friendly and I would never look at any fabletic products in the future. Very disappointing
Hi,
I thought I was getting a great deal on a pair of shorts for my 13 year old. Instead I was signed up for a subscription for clothes? It was quite an ordeal to cancel that subscription and I was still stuck with a $75 charge that I bought a pair of pants with that nobody wants.
It is not good I did not want a monthly membership, but now I am going to have to research to stop it
Nothing more to say. I ordered quite a few things for a vacation. My items arrived 10 days after my order was placed AND not in time for my travels.which is why i purchased them. My items were delivered within the company's delivery expectations. That said, i order from other competitors and receive my items within a week at the most. I feel you all have some work to do with a more timely delivery time. Also, your tracking system is not good at all. Disappointed. This was my 1st order as a new member, i've since skipped the past two months as I decide wether to cancel or not. Just a bad taste in my mouth with this experience.
Chose expedited 1-2 day shipping and was basically told by customer service that they don't follow that timeline and my 15 dollars will not be refunded nor will I receive a credit of any kind. Simply the worst experience I've had in my entire life.
Flexible, soft scrubs. Very easy to move in and excellent at keeping my core warm with freezing night shifts.
Great Quality and fast delivery. The color and material was exactly the website.
I ordered a set of scrubs to test out.
The material is good quality, but I expected more stretch being from fabletics, they're also large compared to other brands so people definitely need to size down and petite if you're shorter.
The quality and selection of leggings is wonderful. I wish they would expand on women's T-shirt selection.
The clothes seem cheap when you forget abut the membership, but everything is too much money
I started out with Yitty. It was recommended by a friend and I liked the idea of buying products made for bigger (plus size) girls. I didn't purchase much in the beginning. I accumulated lots of credits, mostly because I didn't pause it or ask that I not be charged, which I didn't seem to mind. I did order 4 or more things to use up my credits. I did this about three times (buy, accumulate & buy). Finally I decided to cancel my membership, cut out some of my "extra" spending. I had my (adult) daughter spend the last of my credits and then cancelled my membership. It was an easy process and the site doesn't guilt you into cancelling your membership.
I did order from both Yitty and Fabletics.
They have the best workout and everyday clothes. They are so comfy and look great. You get so much quality with them. Their values are top notch especially with the membership!
Have no complaints at all everything was good products were very good
The sizes for the clothes that i have ordered was not the right one again
I ordered some shorts for my grandson, and at the time thought I got a great price, but to my surprise a ridiculous charge appeared on my credit card, upon calling fabletics, it turns out to get the good price, you have to pay a monthly premium, that they fail to tell you about when ordering very dishonest won't be doing business ever again! With fabletics..
I had a problem with one of my pairs of pants and they sent me a brand new pair no questions asked. The process of sending my pants back was really easy as they used a service that only required me to bring them to my local ups store, I didn't have to pay for
Packaging or anything which was really cool. Fabletics is top notch.
I recently had the chance to try out Fabletics, and while I found the clothing to be of pretty good quality for the price, there are several aspects that left me frustrated as a consumer. Firstly, the pricing is incredibly inconsistent. It's hard to gauge the true value of what you're purchasing because the prices seem to vary significantly. This lack of transparency makes it challenging to know if you're getting a good deal or not. Additionally, the value of the member credit seems misleading. Most of the time, you can find items for less than the member credit cost during sales or promotions throughout the month, which makes the membership feel less valuable than it should be. On a positive note, I believe "The One Short" is one of the best products Fabletics offers. However, it would be great if they considered introducing lighter shorts similar to those from Lululemon and Nike Dri-Fit for a more versatile range, especially for those looking for something lighter for workouts or casual wear. Overall, while I appreciate the quality of the clothing, the inconsistent pricing and perceived lack of value in the membership make me hesitant to fully commit to Fabletics as a go-to brand.
The scrubs fit AMAZINGLY and they have no restrictive movement at all. I like taking advantage of the credits that's rewarded. This will most definitely come to use in the future
2 thumbs up love the product and speed of delivery of the product
There has not been a lot of variety, the membership doesn't seem worth it anymore since the sales are less then the fee and you do not get compensated and the few items I am interested are usually out of stock. I have been a member since about 2015 and the quality has gotten worse as well as the selection. I went to a store location in Orlando when I was visiting since they didn't have one in my city and they would not give me the sale since I was already a member and it was only for people signing up which I feel does not encourage loyalty to the brand at all.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
