I've been a member for over a decade now. I'm always pleased with the quality. The filter function has drastically improved. I do notice sometimes there isn't one for features. I have to have pockets with my leggings

Order has been in transit for three weeks with delays for no reason. No one reached out with any status of my order. When calling to ship the same order again they told me "the system takes 24 hours to update" and that I would have to call back again in 24 hours to request the same assistance. I've been a loyal favletics customer since 2019 and this is the first issue I've had and it's been poorly handled, communicated, and feel like it's just been ignored. No discount or apologies given for the delay on behalf of fabletics. It's obviously not the sales reps fault but where are the controls in place to make sure package's are delivered in a timely manner? Or why does no one check when a package is in transit for that long and call the customer? It's unfair I have to call back on my own time, wait to talk to a human, then give my info all over again multiple times. I will be even more disappointed if items in my order are out of stock. I'm not looking for a refund, just a reshipment. Discount or promo code would be great for the inconvenience though.

I loved the scrubs. I never got my first set for 19 dollars. My first order was around 60 dollars. While that is cheaper that most, I never received the discounted scrub price as advertised.

Communication Issues

Bought a pair of shorts. Received notifications that it was shipped and in a state away. Two weeks goes by and no new notifications. I get ahold of customer service and they tell me that there was an issue with shipping and they sent it back. If I didn't get ahold of customer service and asked for an update, they would've sent the shorts back and kept my money. Not the first time having this type of issue with customer service. They refused to answer my questions and just have me the solution script that they are trained on. It didn't work. I closed my account and never shopping with them. I can careless for Fabletics.

I ordered from Fabletics through their VIP program since their prices were very unreasonable and the trial was free. Once I received the products the fit and material were mediocre and the quality of the zippers used was very bad. I would absolutely not pay full price for anything from this store. After you've completed a purchase they don't hesitate on the opportunity to flood your inbox with a bunch of products and "sales" either. Luckily their unsubscribe functions actually work.

Hard to place an order at the store

I needed a size that wasn't in stock so the associate placed the order online and when I tried paying, they tried for almost a half hour to take a payment through the app. They said it had something to do with the membership and the address on the membership and maybe it didn't match the card then I tried paying with Apple Cash and that didn't work either. They had me go in there and fix all these settings on my app. It was ridiculous.
