I've been a big supporter of Fabletics for a decade. I love their fabrics, I love their causes, I love their color choices. Here are my challenges:
The website - is often wonky. Pages don't load, something is in your cart, then it's out, then it's in; tech issues on the paying page - often;
Not keeping enough stock of middle sizes, like L through XXL. Lots of smalls and a whole area for larger women, but that one area runs out fast frequently.
Choices: when I first joined, there was a wider selection of athliesureware (dresses, shirts for work, etc) and fun things like shimmers and satin-y materials, etc. However, the majority is now only what I consider casual clothes for the gym or hanging out. I have plenty of that, and miss finding an amazing skirt or individual piece that went from work to the gym or out with no issues.
I always enjoy finding items I would like from Fabletics. The materials are wonderful and last (I have a closet full), they wash well, etc.
I do miss them using interesting fabrics and making more athleisure clothes. I literally do have crates full of leggings and tops for the gym. I need to focus on other clothing needs.
I was charged twice, I spoke with someone at fabletics who assured me a credit. That was well over three weeks ago and still nothing.
Love their leggings, but they seem to be out of stock a lot! … especially in the tall/long sizes!
The apparel is fine. It's pretty apparent, however, that they are clearly attempting to unknowingly get you on the hook for their subscription service. I will not recommend.
Not what I expected at all. I thought that the leggings would be more soft and have more stretch.
With every order I get, I find the material being less and less of quality. My most recent order including items in which the material of the clothing feels more stiff and plastic like. When I first started my subscription years ago, the fabric was soft and buttery. I find myself wearing my old clothing more than I do my new clothing. I have a bag full of returns sitting in the corner of my room that I find myself continually adding to.
I've liked the clothing I have received but the associated monthly fee for VIP service is really a bother. It is what it is I guess and we will see how long I last with it.
The quality of the clothing is great. But takes a long time to receive my order. Store has limited sizing. So usually end up ordering close for my two sons.
I love fabletics! I have been a member since the beginning! I will continue to be a member for as long as I can! The only thing I would change… is bringing back some of the older styles and outfit combinations. Lately, there have been more styles that don't work for me. I wear fabletics leggings pretty much every day!
I have been a member of Fabletics for over 10 years at this point. The company has changed a bit - obviously- but one thing I never feel is disappointed. From how flattering the leggings are to how adorable the bags, hats, and shoes are, I would HIGHLY recommend pretty much anything to my friends and family. Love love love!
I have tried to attain a two piece set for quite a while now. The original shipment the top did not match the jumper so I was encouraged by customer service to return it and once the top was received, they would ship me a new one so that the color would match. The second time Ended. Up the same way and the color did not match so again I returned it however, the replacement top was not shipped automatically. At this point, I have a jumper with no top to go with it. I chatted with customer service yesterday and hopefully a new top is on its way out and a new color that will contrast the original jumper. I have spent way too much time on this, and I'm no longer interested in Fabletics at all
Product is great. But needed to return a couple of items. Not easy like Amazon.
The VIP credit is really hard to understand.

The shorts are great if the waist band maintains its shape, short sleeve shirts run a little on the larger size, while some of the long sleeve run on the smaller size. The pants run small unless.
I love Fabletics products, but the sizes sell out quickly and then they take forever (if ever) to come back in stock.
Fabletics is subscription-based which causes me to monthly want to exit permanently. Instead, I skip each month. It is frustrating that they bury the skip button making it hard to find snd making you think you might have skipped when you actually haven't.
Love their leggings and sports bras! Only thing is their short leggings are still so long!
They get you with the 80% off everything at first but then the regular member prices are not that great of a deal after the fact. Doesn't make you want to keep it.
I've wanted a jacket in these colors but it was unavailable and I chose another one. Soon after I found it back in stock and immediately ordered it. I'm ready for some more cool days so I can enjoy this and get more compliments.
For me the membership started out great! The cost was low and the clothes were perfect for what I needed. Slowly the membership started to change and not for the better. The credit price increased and the benefits decreased. My calling it quits with this company came when I realized it was charging people a credit fee that expired in 12 months and loyalty points expired! Big Fail! I was a very loyal customer with a big voice!
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
