I ordered a bag from the website when they offered it on sale. I was then charged 60 dollars a month later and was told that I had signed up when I purchased the bag and would be charged 60 dollars every month and receive sales for that amount. I canceled and told them I wanted a refund and that I would send the bag back and they told me to keep it. I never received a refund. I will NEVER buy anything from this.company again and anyone that asks I will urge them to stay away.
They keep charging my credit card $59. Without my permission for some bs membership. I will never purchase from them again.

The order process was easy, this time it took a bit longer than normal, but once we got our products were very happy with them.
I find subscription services to brand accessibility obnoxious. I wish I could just buy from fabletics without the whole entrapment set up. There are a few items I'm loyal to with brand. The quality on other items is fine but not great

I don't like the fabric on the athletic shorts. It rolls up. And why are the tags a million miles long. It just feels sorta cheap to me. Although I love the fabric of my sweatpants.

Went to a store. It was nice to see the items in person before purchase. The staff were very helpful. Wish there were more bundle selections to use your credits. All the bundles I wanted were not in stock and you could creat your own. It would be awesome if you could create your own bundle and use your credit for it.
Would have been a 5 star but I've bought a few outfits that ran small. I wish there was more of a variety of colors and more dresses.
Nice items, great rotation. Athletic clothing pieces are of nice quality, the scrub sets are top notch! I really enjoy the service.

It is a great weekend getaway bag. The zipper broke halfway through my trip. It was worth the money spent and I guess I got all the use I'm gonna get from it. I may or may not reorder another one. I believe the time has passed to exchange. Just do your research before purchasing. It's perfect as a carry-on with most airlines.
Unbelievably bad shipping practices. Order came in several poorly packaged bags. Order was wrong took weeks to get replaced. I like a few of the items I got, but definitely not worth the hassle. Prices are exorbitant.

The quality of their clothing has taken a huge hit. The fabric is thin and feels like SHEIN quality material. Bring back the old fabletic materials that are thicker, feels stronger, etc. my old fabric leggings have last 5+ years. These new ones feel like they're gonna rip as soon as I start moving. Also, they need to make the cancelling your membership easier. We shouldn't have to call to cancel, we should be able to do it through our account page on the website.

I do love fabletics. Most of my clothes are from their. Great styles and colors and fabrics. Overall the quality is amazing. I have had a few items (cold weather collection) where I fell in love and bought many items and learned it pilled too easily but after being with them for over a year that is the only line that disappointed me. Everything else has been amazing and washes well
When you hear about Fabletics and you see the scrubs, clothing, etc how can you not love it? But when I compare offers from non-members to members I feel for $50 a month we should be getting at least discount offers as well. I make a lot of purchases and the VIP credits are cool and all but what's a vip credit for one item when I have 6 or 7 in my cart at full price?

The fitness wear fits great and the quality of fabric is amazing! It washes well. No fading the colors are true to what was on line
Bought two pairs of leggings and bra, leggings were yitty and I had no idea, small fit but wear black, sent back one pair and doing exchange was an awful process, and got charged fee for next month and got capri leggings which are nice, but exchange pair I got to replace yitty is awful, ribbing feels wierd and they are to long 😩

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
