I've purchased a lot of items from Fabletics and have enjoyed most of them. Some didn't work out due to the fabric or the design itself. Use more lux and less power hold fabric please. Another suggestion is to make the Affirm payment plan an option within the Fabletics app at checkout and don't require users to go out to use the Affirm app first, it's confusing! And easy to get wrong.
Almost all the clothes I own/wear have come from Fabletics. In 1990 I had cancer surgery and was no longer able to wear blue jeans due to the surgery scar. I also had a hernia as an after effect of the surgery and I discovered that wearing supportive athletic wear was exactly what I needed. However I am now turning 72 yrs old and don't always find the styles I am looking for for both my life and my ongoing yoga practice.
Also I do live on a fixed income and try to make good use of the great sales from Fabletics. But still I remain a loyal customer!
My items looked great, in sizes ordered. Beautiful shimmer fabric in a flattering style. I received updates from when ordered, shipped, approx arrival, delivered. Everything was in tact delivered to my doorstep!

I always have a wonder experience with fabletics… wether ordering online or shopping at the store… live th s products! I do wish they come back with the Capri powerhold leggings… that would be my only critique!
It was my first time purchasing from Fabletics and I'll definitely purchase from them again. The quality of my legging are outstanding. Probably the best quality leggings that I have out of all my other leggings. I love the color, looks just like how it looks on the website. They have a wide variety of colors, styles, and designs and I'll definitely be purchasing from them a each of them.
Product - I love the quality of the sports bras.

The Store Cabazon- Horrible customer service, the staff was unprofessional, and I could not get anyone to assist me.
I have since canceled my membership because it was challenging to support the company with its unprofessional staff culture.

I have not experienced the low level of customer service since dealing with a cable company years ago. Fabletics has not figured it out.
The mistake started as mine; I mis-typed my email address when signing up. When I went to sign in, I thought I'd just forgotten my password so I ended up with a second account.
I was being charged on an account that I couldn't access. They told me that they couldn't connect the accounts. You can wait on their chat and phone for a VERY long time and then they are not helpful at all. Note that you will have to go through this system when you try and cancel. Very easy to sign up and a nightmare to try and cancel. No way to do it in your account.
Products are nice quality, just plan on a big challenge when you try to cancel your membership. Kind of like a low quality gym.
I've been at Fabletics member for years and they always have amazing customer service. As long as you can remember to cancel Vip monthly it's great!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
