I ordered on December 15th never got my order, called to find out why. I got a customer service representative telling me they delivered but it was returned. Then she started telling me about some bull$#*! VIP customer and that I was going to be charged 50$ a month. I never signed up for that. This company is terrible

I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers for my little girl. They are super cute and sizing was spot on. The only real problem was one of the pairs were suppose to light up but only one works the other one dosen't.

I have had a subscription for years and I almost always skip the month. The clothes are average quality, and I often just don't have a budget for new things. Sometimes, I forget to skip the month.
With most subscription I don't want I get mad at myself when this happens, but I don't with Fabkids. Those mistakes give me an excuse to buy a few new needed items and since it doesn't expire I can replace things when we absolutely need a few new basics in the house. I usually use up those credits on clearance items. This order I got 2 new outfits for about the cost of one member credit plus shipping.

I don't like when you take out my money then l can't use it. I shouldn't have to contact a higher level of service to resolve my issues. My time is important to me. Don't take out any more of my money until I purchase something.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
Answer: Even after I cancelled I was still charged until I cancelled my credit card scamming company!
