My 2 year old wore the shoes once an the sole completely fell off. All 3 pairs of shoes are very low quality, but those were obviously the worst

Order shoes for my daughter all size 4y and only 1 pair fit. Wish they had half sizes, scared that if I order a size down they will be to small. I'm a little disappointed because I tried to return them through the site and it was not working. Now I have to call customer care

I bought 3-pairs of shoes, for three of my grandkids. (I measured each foot and ordered per the size chart) One of the girl's dress sandals was too long, but not horrible, the width (over the toe), was way too wide for a child's foot. An adult could wear it with no problem. The 2nd pair of girl's dress shoes was also too long. It was a gladiator style. The worst part about this shoe was the Velcro straps around the ankle, THE WERE HUGE! My grandson's sandals were a little big, but he can still wear them. I was not happy with my first purchase.
