Thought I was cancelled in October 22. Just spent an hour on the phone trying to cancel after being charged for the last 6 months. I was told they will only refund 3 months. I would not recommend them to anyone and would advise everyone against getting a membership with them. I was told I should use my "CREDITS" to purchase items before cancellation. Even after I expressed how unhappy I was with the quality of the shoes and clothing! Thanks but no thanks

FabKids never disappoints when needing an outfit for that perfect gift. My grandchildren are all getting too big to order from FabKids, but I have just started being a great-grandmother so I will get to order for quite a long time to come! The quality of the items I order is excellent. The shoes are quality items that will last through several children. I'm glad FabKids found me! I love to see their new additions several times a year. With the rewards program, the items are reasonably priced, too.

Not worth the money slightly confusing method of skipping if you don't remember to skip by a certain day each month they will charge you 50 dollars and the clothes and shoes are cheap looking and repeat the same styles every season not worth the money.

And the shopping experience was OK but the fact that you guys throwing a $50 a month charge and then it goes by so fast you can't delete it when you're trying to place your order is shady. Don't try to charge somebody so you're giving them a credit back. You're trying to force them to use their own money on your site instead of just allowing them to purchase as they wish.
