I have been ordering from Fabkids for a couple years now and the selection gets better and better each month. They have multiple price points that is perfect for any budget. The quality is great. I've never had an issue with my daughter playing too hard. The leggings are heavy quality stretch fabric.

I ordered a pair Iof shoes for my grandson that lit up when he walked. I got the shoes but one of them didn't light up. I tried to do a return they wanted me to foot the bill for shipping, after a bad review they gave me a shipping label. Instead of sending a pair shoes that actually lit up they gave me a store credit minus the shipping. If I wanted the shoes I would have to reorder them add what I was short from the store credit (return shipping) and pay for shipping again. I could understand making me pay for shipping if the mistake was on my end, but they sent a defective shoe (didn't light up). I suspect that this was going to be an ongoing problem so I chalked the $40.00 to a loss and refuse to use fabkids again.

There shoes are not the best quality but are a great price, the clothes are great and are really cute & stylish, I think the points system should be revisited for the website. The customer service is also very good for any issues

I had no idea that this was a membership. After buying 2 items at a great price, I received notice that they charged my credit card $50 that I had not approved.

Who gives this company stars when it continually takes money from your bank account? Regardless of whether you spoke on the phone and canceled the membership? Then when I asked for a refund I was told sorry you must use the "credits" on your account. Sorry hun, but that's my MONEY, not damn credits! This conversation was over three months ago: checking my bank statement you've given me $199 in credits. I don't where this company is based but reporting you to the BBB because this is deplorable. Your reviews can not be actual reviews of customers because there is no way. The product of your shoes is less than that of Walmart. The clothes are less than that of Kmart which is now closed. The bottom line, I want my "credits" refunded back to my bank account.
We like the shoes we purchased, they look and fit great. However, the lights are already burned out, and the shoes are already starting to fall apart. We would not recommend these as everyday hoes, maybe special occasions. Great prince.

I have tried to cancel, but I keep getting charged. The lady said as long as I have money in that account I have to spend that exact amount before they will cancel my membership and quit charging me. If they don't quit charging me, there will always be money in my account. That does not even make sense. My grandkids don't even like the clothes. The colors are awful for some things. I may have to sue to get them to cancel. Then should I try for refunding my money? I guess I can dream...

Honestly the only reason I had my subscription as long as I did was because I forgot to cancel a few months and had a credit I needed to spend. The quality of clothing was poor, and the designs have gotten uglier and uglier. Nothing ever fit my kids right and never matched up with the same sizes of other name brand clothing. Same with the shoes. Nothing fit to the correct size, it was always much bigger.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
