They charge you automatically without you knowing. Charged me $49 for a membership fee, so I cancelled and they told me to use my credits, which are bs because they still want your card info!

If you subscribe to Membership you will be charged $60 a month unless you Skip The Month (remember to do this every 1st to 5th of the month) also the so-called promotional prices are not true if you compare to other stores a pair of shorts and a top originally priced at $70 sold for $20.LOL

I found out I had created 3-4 accounts with FabKids and when I tried to get a refund, they said I could only use it as store credit and I would lose any credits built up from past orders. Feels dishonest

It was my first time using fabkids for my 6 yr old step daughter. I ordered a ton of stuff with the 80% off sale for her 6rh birthday and she loves all of it! We got everything from shoes to swimwear and I'm very impressed with everything. Great quality, great fit, we will definitely be ordering from fabkids again!

It's was a great experience the only thing I did not like they wanted me to pay $49.95 a month for discounts and I felt that was not right. That is the reason I did not order from their again, if things change I will order again.

I purchased products for my two daughter's kids. The products are made well. Prices are sometimes higher than similar items of the same quality at other retail stores. I accidentally put the wrong shipping address on the last order, and the customer service rep was very helpful. The first shoes I ordered were all too big. I will order a size down next time.

I have yet to receive the clothes I ordered. It's been 7 weeks now. If it's a transportation issue I wouldn't know because the tracking doesn't go through.

Bought my daughter a pair of sandals. They started tearing and color fading after 2 weeks. Now we only have her 50% of the time so she barely wore them 7 times. Happened to both pairs. A pair of sandals I bought from Walmart that she wore all summer long did not look nearly as bad as these new ones. I canceled my membership

One of my recent orders got canceled without warning. My daughter was waiting and waiting for it to come in the mail, and by the time I realized it wasn't coming, they were out of stock of what I ordered. So I couldn't re-order.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
