I ordered 2 pair of shoes in size 2, which is the size my daughter wears. These for like what I would assume is a size 4? They are really big, and the soles in the front are already separated from the fabric….and she's never worn them past trying them on.

I ordered over $1000 of shoes for a local non profit. They cancelled my order 2xs because they had another address for my account I was not notified of either cancellation & they charged my account 2xs for the money. When I called to rectify they said they couldn't help me & that is their policy. SCAM company for sure Don't use them ever

I have ordered with Fabkids for many years. I have only had one mix up in all the orders I have placed and even that was quickly resolved. I am very pleased with the service as well as the clothes. I used to order for my two daughters but now they have outgrown Fabkids and I order for my niece and nephew.

My daughter loves her shoes but was sad when one was 2 sizes too small even though i ordered the same size shoes.
My son loves his green sandals but I wanted him to have a more secure pair of sandals so i ordered the ones with the straps but they did not fit as they were too big.

The price for the shoes we got was great from our first order. Quality is good but not great. Due to quality and price after your first purchase we have not gotten much more because I feel it's not worth that price. I will only get the shoes on clearance. I just just justify spending $40 on 1 pair of shoes that are just a little better then Walmart.

Very few choices, so they post the same things in multiple ways to make it look like more. Missing sizes of several items. Wasted a lot of money on membership.

I spoil my grandkids by buying new clothes and shoes for them quite often through Fab Kids. My last purchase were sandals for them to wear "with style, in high fashion " to complete any outfit they may wear. They usually get second hand clothes from thrift shops due to income difficulties. Fab Kids pricing and quality and fit are the most perfect deal to spoil them all! It's not a hard decision to buy for all three of them as the bill is very reasonable! And, I always get fashion posed pictures of them when they arrive. The smiles are huge! Thank you Fab Kids!

I had difficulty logging in to my account and somehow ended up creating two accounts. They could not be joined and the points I had earned could not be transferred nor was customer service willing to attempt to remedy the situation except to close one of the accounts.
The monthly fee is high, and to spend it all is impossible since there are so few options for clothing, shoes, accessories. I'm now stuck with hundreds of dollars in credits and nothing to use them on as there are limited styles and sizes.
The shoes wear out faster than the ones I've purchased from budget stores. Holes in them in no time. I've been using mentioned credits on buying new shoes that don't have holes. Ridiculous.
Poor quality, poor customer service, poor availability of sizes and limited options. I'd recommend to anyone to not use this site.

They did not send out my original package and replaced it with things I did not order and double items very disappointed I was a loyal customer faithfully paying my subscriptions even when I had nothing to buy

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
