Every time I order something from Fab kids there is always something with the delivery. This time not even sure why the delivery never came. Fab Kids won't keep up with promises. Otherwise, I get my deliveries on time, I might change my thought.
There was an issue with delivery. Once it was resolved, products received were great and Sonny loved his new shoes.
Ordering was more or less simple. Had had time finding the right size for Rachel for the items that she wanted.

Super cute shoes but after 1 wear (granted with a 3 yr old) we noticed that under the glitter its just the mesh before inside the shoe. So granted I got them on sale for $5 but I would still like better quality of having the leather thats already on most of the shoe that has no glitter underneath the glitter part as well. Because of course its glitter and it will come off (totally understand). So its a No to these at Full/Normal pricing but okay at the $5 I got them on Sale.
Ordered shoes on sale. Received email for tracking number. Package was damaged at a checkpoint. This was the last info received last month.

Weeks after my purchase they tried to charge my account again. I had to close my debit card because they kept trying to charge me after I verified with my bank that my initial order was paid. Crooks and frauds. Will never order from there again!

Ordered about 10 items only to get an email the following day saying they were out of all my items. Really! All of them!
The app said that my package will be here on one day, but it never arrives, and when I called to speak with the representative, no one can tell me where my package was or where it could could possibly be. I've waited 8 days for my package still nothing and no updates on the app

First off money was taken out of my account without my permission all I did was order a pair of shoes I didn't want an account. I called for a cancellation/refund then my account got refunded then the money got taken out again smh. The fact that you took money out my account twice without my permission is absolutely unacceptable. I don't want anymore money taken out my account & I want my money back
Bought some cute sandals for my 3 granddaughters that were in sale. I wish you carried smaller sizes like infant 3 or 4. The girls really loved their sandals.
Unreliable shipping. All shoes were ordered in my granddaughters size. These ran very large. Had to return, that was a hassle. Now waiting on the new shoe shipment to arrive eta yesterday.
The site easy to navigate and all the items arrived on time. My kids love their shoes.
My toddler boy loves it, he wore it for 3 straight days out.
