My son had a growth spurt and I needed to return all of the items I purchased! Luckily the next size up was available for all of the items and I had them at my door within 10 days. It was so easy.
At first I used to place orders and they would come, then they started coming broken, items broken, then my packages too forever and now I never got my package. I called customer service to cancel my account and get a refund, the woman o. The phone told me they didn't send me my order because "items were damaged " so the carrier sent it back to them - Fabkids. No one reached out to me to tell me they got my order back or they would refund me. I had to call and send emails, the woman told me I would get a refund within 5-7 days. I still haven't received any refund or any items. I'll never ever use this site again and I'll also make sure I share my experience so this doesn't happen to other people.

Ordered a bunch of items for 3 kids waited 2 weeks and still receive so I called and the people that pick up to ship said they were waiting on a label so called customer service and they said it shipped that day to give them another 5 days. Then it still never showed up so I called and they said that the products were reported damaged so I asked them why they didn't try and reach out and they had no answer. Then I asked the lady on the phone if they could express ship since there was so much trouble and she said no it would cost me more then they canceled my order instead of resending me the items. So bad place to order it's a scam they make you seem like your getting a great deal then they cancel cause it was such a great discount. So I certainly don't suggest getting anything from them.

Maybe I missed something but I didn't realize this was a subscription. I thought I was just ordering a pair of boots for my daughter, and now I have a payment for the monthly subscription that I wasn't expecting.

It is absolutely ridiculous what I have went through from ordering one pair of shoes! I received my order & everything was fine until I got a random 50$ charge on my card about a week after I received my order. The lady I spoke to tells me they automatically charge people for a membership which is nothing but scamming people. I told her I wanted nothing to do with the membership I just want my money back and she said it would be 5-7 business days…now a week later I get an email saying I have 50$ in store credit which is not what I wanted so I call again and the man I spoke to told me I was a liar & have never called & I wasn't in there call log when I have my call log and email from you guys. He says I will receive my money in 5-7 business days when I was already told the same thing a week ago but nothing! I will take legal action i do not receive my money this go around. It's absurd I have to wait over a month to get my money back when you guys didn't hesitate to charge my card at 3am. Very unprofessional & I would like to know a reasoning behind this! Thank you!

It was horrible. I order to pair of shoes. The address was incorrect the package never came & when I call costumer service they told me that they didn't have the shoes they were only going to send 1 of them because they didn't have it. They never send me the money back.

This site doesn't give you a way to cancel the subscription it locks you out your account and doesn't respond to emails or phone calls so you can cancel are ask for a refund, all their shoes I purchased run 2 sizes too big, the quality for the price is good it's just they are too big.

I bought the lightnup dinosaur shoes and the skeleton dinosaur boots for my son on November 20 2022. The first time he wore the light up shoes, most of the lights on the right shoe stopped working within 3 hours of him wearing them. The boots, garbage, they are cracking and the design is rubbing off on them. I am highly disappointed with these products especially with the lack of options for boys.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
Answer: Even after I cancelled I was still charged until I cancelled my credit card scamming company!
