They sent me the wrong products, then after a month I called about the status of my return and was told they did not have those items. I asked about a refund and they gave me credit, after I called. They would have just never informed me or refunded me. I cancelled my subscription and I cannot get a refund. The second order I received all the glitter came of the shoes and the side ripped out after two weeks of my child wearing them, only to school. I have credits for a company I don't trust with subpar products.

I ordered all my grand girls boots for Christmas. I'll have to wait and see what they think of them. Would have liked to order all the same boots but they didn't have the two smaller sizes so I had to order different styles.

I try to cancel my membership and not sure if I did or not they took for ever to reply to me. They left me on line for a long time and I ended the chat. So that was a bad experience for me because I still don't know anything about my membership been canceled

This is the second time I get these shoes the first ones only lasted 2 weeks before the lights stop working. They did exchange them for another pair and these only lasted about 3 and a half weeks and again the lights don't work. Poor cheap product for such and expensive price

Ordered several items 11/22, received items 11/26. One item was the totally wrong thing. Called 11/27 they said I had to send the wrong item back before they could process the return and ship the correct item. This was not my fault and I needed the item asap as it was part of a holiday item. Supervisor approved shipping the correct item after I sent photo proof of the wrong item. Correct item was processed 11/27 and shipped 11/29. It is 12/10 and I still don't have the correct item. They must have used the slowest possible shipping method even after I explained that I needed the item ASAP for holiday events and I should not have to wait better error was on them. This is absolutely ridiculous to have to wait so long for them to correct their error. At this point I may return all items I originally purchased because I already had to buy new holiday outfits locally for events because of their error and ridiculous shipping times. They should have used quicker shipping instead of choosing what is apparently the slowest shipping method possible. Very disappointed and will it be using this company anymore once this is sorted out. Clothing/shoes aren't worth the prices anyways.

Be aware that Fabkids is as subscription and will charge recurring payments unless you opt out.
I bought shoes for my nephews not knowing this and was charged $49.95 the next month for subscription fee
Fabkids did cancel and refund, but it was not clear at original checkout the service was a subscription.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
