The shoes had to be shipped twice. The first time said they were delivered and weren't. I had them shipped to my daughters house instead. So that was fine, customer service was good at taking care of the problem, but it took a while to get it accomplished. Second the shoes weren't great quality. If they weren't part of the new customer deal, I would have been mad about spending that much on poor quality shoes. They have been worn a week and are already falling apart.
I placed an order a few weeks before Christmas. The order summary showed a delay maybe a week in. I contacted the shipper and was advised that I would receive it on time. "I Never Got It." Christmas passed and I still hadn't received my order although the carrier stated it was delivered. The picture of delivery shows a different door, as mines has a welcome mat and wreath. I checked with neighbors, filed a claim and waited a few more days before contacting FabKids again. They processed a credit and now the shoes are $30-$40 v/s the $5 they were when I placed the order. I requested a refund as the promotion was no longer available and most shoes out of stock but they issued me store credit when they told me I would receive a refund. The funds are still on my account as a credit but I do not want to order anything from them. This is unacceptable and very poor service. Not a good experience. They are now trying to force me to order from them again. I guess the credit will just sit there. Its been weeks and I still haven't gotten a response regarding the refund promised.

It hasn't been good I still haven't received my shoes that I ordered for my 4 year old called them they said even tho they don't see a shipment to allow 14 extra days for it to be delivered. Even tho they see no tracking number for my order Crazy right?

I have yet to receive the shoes that was purchased over a month ago. I'm haven't got an update or anything. Just missing money or product like it never happen… very disappointed with this company I can't even give a review on the product…. Because I never got it!

It was good but my daughter's dress got ruined within 48 hours because of the sparkles, it all kept falling out when it shouldn't have.

I was excited to see shoes for fairly cheap. Especially given how quickly the feet of toddlers grow. The shoes came and seemed pretty poorly made. I wasn't impressed by the quality and the materials were not what I expected.
The sizing as well seemed much bigger than other shoes I have bought. My daughter is basically an 8, though 7s still fit. I ordered 8s and they seem huge. No other 8s that I have are this large.
Canceled my membership and will not be re-purchasing.

My daughter Christmas gift finally arrived and it was the wrong size and then when I called they say it's out of stock if I ask for a size 7 and u know it's out of stock why send a size 3

Besides one of the shoes lights didn't work, they were not the right size. Plus I paid $54 And only got refunded only $34.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
