I love the that I can be a VIP member and get discounts on my kids clothes and shoes. I have 5 kids to shop for and it helps out. And my kids love picking out their own clothes.
I had 3 orders placed to my address. You guys cancelled my 3rd order with no explanation or reason to why it was cancelled. My brother ordered my daughter some shoes and sent me the money so I paid using my card. After the order was cancelled I went back to the website not order my daughter's boots again and now they are full price. My daughter's and I absolutely love your shoes, and the deals are amazing. It just really sucks that 1 of my daughter's was unable to get her shoes for her Christmas/birthday.

Boots had a square cardboard in the boot which made it have a big indent that is permanent. Also noticed from just taking a step how they have big increases in them telling me they will not be a great value after a couple wears. One shoe had a black dot stain like on the top?

Paid and never received items. A return request was filed and not by me. When I called they offered to resend. I said no and canceled. Not worth the hassle. I never filed a return, and never received the items either. It was weird

I can't even describe how much I hate this company. It's a complete scam. They take money out whenever they want. Returns are IMPOSSIBLE from Canada except by your own expense and they deliberately and frequently send incorrect items. They flat out lie to you at customer service and in the end you will pay FAR MORE than purchasing from a reputable company. Also, styles are cheesy and of low quality.

I am always happy with what I order. My grandkids are so excited when they get clothes and shoes from FabKids. The only negative is on returning something. It's not very user friendly. I dont have a printer or a desktop computer. To print a label.

Boots are adorable. Sjipping was fast, the only thing is they sent the wrong size. Ordered a 11 and got sent a 13 so it might take her awhile to grow into them.

Prices are good if your new to the vip membership. But the shoes are cheaply made and not very comfortable. I bought a few and my daughter stated they are hard

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
Answer: Even after I cancelled I was still charged until I cancelled my credit card scamming company!
