Customer Service is top notch!

I was buying a Spring Box from the shop and wanted a customisation that didn't seem to be available. I started up live chat and got paired with Jazz. She helped give me other options to get my box customised to my liking. Incredibly helpful and I'm really looking forward to receiving it!

Community Forum

I posted a negative comment with my opinion on the Summer 2021 FFF box. It was met with push back from some members. However, a few offered helpful responses on how best to resolve my issue. There were a few that were in appropriate, with one particular member asking if I lived under a rock. The moderator chose to hide my post but left the responses in tact, including the ones that created more drama. I sent a note after receiving notification that my post was hidden if there was a way to just delete it and all responses, thereto. I received no feedback. After looking into it myself, I was told it could not be deleted but rather edited only after 30 minutes of it being posted. If the forum only supports positive statements on FFF, then that's what should be clearly conveyed to the forum members and this would not have happened. I did not take issue with the moderator removing my post but the unfairness that the person left the responses which were also negative.

Disappointed

My spring box never arrived, and they never notified me that some of the items I had ordered were out of stock. So I had to look into it myself. This is the first time I have been disappointed with FabFitFun. Not a very happy camper here

Helpful info membership

Very informative. Unfortunately I cannot renew at this time.
I have an issue with Christophe Robin's cleansing volumizing paste in that it took out a lot har - more than usual. Very disappointed

I've had three boxes and two of those I had issues customizing. And unfortunately not even the FabFitFun rep could help me with items I wanted because they were sold out. I've decided to cancel my subscription to FabFitFun

Don't Purchase a Membership

If you are an annual paying member, you get access to the product choices before anyone else. It doesn't really matter though because they ran out of two things I wanted within minutes of sending out the email to their members. I contacted support and was told they had indeed run out and they were so sorry. They should have enough products on hand. Especially, the first day of getting to choose what you want. Don't waste your money. Instead of it being a fun process, it's stressful and frustrating. I can't speak for anyone else. This is my own personal experience.

The app was confusing.

I had used the web page previously but wanted to be able to use the app. After downloading it, it wanted a password. I didn't have one for the website. The app did not let me get one. I needed help.

Resolved my password glitch

It too a customer service team a while but it was completed. I was able to finally log in and customize. Unfortunately my computer stopped working after a black out. So it was hard using an I phone.

Nobody does it better!

I have sent a total of 7 boxes. I feel it, safe to say, both me and the recipient have been more than pleased. Me, for the constant, impeccable service and the recipient, with all the regal, unique, products within each box! I have no one else, currently, I wish to send to... right now. When I do though, I know right where to go! Thank you!

Your products are getting mostly junkie and they're not as great as before, I am a long-time customer. Hope it gets better. I didn't order as much add ons as I've done previously in the past. Can you bring back more beauty products? Kate, thrive, matcha blackhead mask...

I love FFF!

There were only a few times I have had an issue and they were quick and efficient in solving the problem! I always love my boxes, even the one time I accidentally missed the customization. It was still a great box.
