Self Love at it's best!

I LOVE getting my FFFB! It's like Christmas 4 times a year. I have yet to receive a box that I don't totally love everything in it. I have done a few boxes and this is by far the most worth it. High-end products that are amazing and useful.

Shipping issue...

FFF has had several issues this year with lost packages, never shipped packages with just me? I have been a member for a few years and never had a problem until 2021. My daughter is a member as well and she has had no problems (FYI same address-I live with Stephanie & her family). Your customer service has been awesome, your shipping partners (FX, on Trac & DHL) have been the problem.

Nice Products

I absolutely love FFF, and I treat myself to the seasonal membership and I have always loved the products and if I have an only had one issue with a product but Cathy was very helpful with getting me a replacement.

Best Subscription Ever!

When things go right it's the best subscription ever. Unfortunately if things go wrong and they fail to send all your items, it's a nightmare trying to get what you paid for. But if everything goes ok, the value is unbelievable. It's like getting a huge box of gifts four times a year.

Had a problem with the website accepting a coupon I received...
I called customer service to explain... they were unable to get it to work either, so they added a "bundle" to my order!

My daughter gifted me with a year's membership for Mother's Day. I received my first Spring Box and love it. But since she gave the membership to me, I need an easy way to transfer it into my name so I can access and make my selections. I can use her email and password, but if I want to make a selection that costs additional money, then it goes on her credit card, and that limits me to not selecting anything other than standard package. This cannot be a unique problem, so how can this be transferred to my name, and have my credit card for future purchases.

Adore this Box!

I was sadly going to end my annual membership with FFF this afternoon. The billing date wasn't going to work for me and I thought I would have to end my subscription completely. Nicki in customer service did a wonderful job in listening to my situation and offered excellent alternative options. She changed my billing date so I wouldn't lose my access and Annual gift perk. I am so thrilled to still be a member and have a box to look forward to! I LOVE FFF! Thank you!
