My address had been changed due to rezoning in my area, and I didn't receive my box. Travis updated my address and had a new box sent out to me. Thank you Travis for all the help!
I used to loooove getting my box, but not anymore. The items seem to be redundant or things that are more in the "clutter" category.
They also started sending packages using Lasership. They couldn't figure out how to get my first package to my house (took 3 calls with their customer service) and damaged my Fall box (never delivered). FFF agreed to send another one, but thanks to Lasership, only God knows where it is. FFF failed to tell me that I still had the option for USPS to ship- I definitely wouldn't have selected Lasership.
For the above reasons, I have cancelled my subscription. Maybe I'll return if the selection and quality return.

I didn't receive the anniversary gift with my Fall box. This is my one year anniversary. I know people who received an anniversary gift with their summer box upon their anniversary so I'm really disappointed.

I did not recieve what I had originally chosen my choices were changed I really wanted the Dutch Oven hope it comes as an add on so I still may get it

I have decided to cancel my subscription to FFF. Twice, my box wasn't delivered to me so when I finally called to inquire, I got my box "reshipped" much later. Who doesn't need aloe in September? Super disappointing to have to cancel but I have been super disappointed.

I was incredibly bummed because I had just upgraded to annual and was super excited about my box this season and the confirmation said delivered but I didn't see it. I reached out to customer service who instructed me on what to do, and when it didn't show up 5 business later, they are shipping a new one out. They were so speedy and responsive and absolutely wonderful to work with. So glad I upgraded my subscription and continue to support this wonderful company!

I have been a FFF customer for just over a year (so 5 boxes worth). In addition to my subscription, I ordered 2 additional subscriptions as gifts. So I do have "history".
FFF uses U TRAC for its delivery company. That is a big part of the problem. The other part of the problem is they must know they are unreliable and yet they continue to ship with them and then... when your order doesn't show up... they make you wait and wait and jump through hoop after hoop. This last box delivery is a prime example. Out of 3 boxes, mine, my daughter and my daughter-in-law, only 1 showed up. When tracking the shipment 2 of the boxes show as arrived in the delivery city and will be delivered the next day. Each and every day it changes to "delivery delayed" and the next day shows up as the delivery date. This happens day after day after day. In both instances, the box suddenly shows "delivered" and neither is received at the respective address, both single family homes. THEN, the kicker, FFF refuses to do anything about it for 5 working days saying the carrier "Often" shows things delivered when they are still at the warehouse. WHAT? So my personal box is now still not delivered15 days after it showed delivered and 24 days after it shows shipped. My daughter in laws box is the same, minus 3 days. FFF says they are sending a replacement box but it has been 11 days since they said that and a replacement box has not been shipped by them YET. The products are great WHEN they are received, but if you cant get them, what good is it. The amount of time I have spent on this issue would equal to watching 2 full length movies. AND BTW, this is the 2nd time (out of 5 boxes) that U TRAC has not delivered and FFF had to replace.

I received part of a bundle, but was still wanted the complete bundle. Shee was more than helpful in getting me the missing pcs.

Each box that I have received has been jam packed with fabulous items, many that I never would have thought to get myself. From skincare to home goods to clothing, everything i have received from them has been high quality and stylish, and all for a great value. I had an issue with my most recent box, and the customer care representative that I spoke with was able to completely rectify the problem and was very kind. I highly recommend trying FabFitFun, and even if you don't want one yourself, gifting boxes for Christmas and birthdays has worked out wonderfully for me!

Every box has great product, I enjoyed trying out the skincare and hair products. I also have enjoyed my champagne flutes, beautiful scarf and gorgeous dress. Many other items have been included for me to try. Offers of great discounts on many items are also included.

Analyn calmed me down and assured me she would follow through. I save up just to be able to get my fab fit fun box. As a single mom it's hard and I look forward to my box. It's my mommy treat to myself and the delivery company Lasership treats my boxes with such disrespect. I really appreciate the time Analyn took to listen, research the problem and said she would follow up. I was about to cancel my whole subscription until speaking with her. She truly a valuable employee.

I always let the company pick my products and was NEVER disappointed. I would invite my daughter over and we would have a glass of wine and oooh and aaah over our new box!

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
