Frustrating to deal with almost not worth it! Not only does every box take forever to get to you but then when it's delivered to the wrong address as mine was this month! I called customer service and I'm told that I have to wait five days and then call back to have my box replaced. I wouldn't be so upset if this was the first customer service issue encounter I've had with that it fun but they seem to not take responsibility for deliveries not arriving or arriving damaged and you're basically told to go deal with it it's not their problem. My renewal date is in October and honestly I'm definitely leaning towards not renewing it and looking for a similar box through another company.

So recently, I had cancelled my subscription due to financial issues. (Going through a divorce)
I received today, what I thought would sadly be my last box. This FALL box was amazing! I was so happy and excited. I'm going to renew my subscription. I've decided that especially now, during this difficult time, I deserve to treat myself!

Fabfitfun is the first subscription box that I've tried. I joined in winter 2020 and it's been terrific! Quality selections and a reasonable shipping schedule. I've tried a couple other boxes, but fff is the only one I feel offers value, great customer service and a nice variety of products.

My fall box was shipped to my old address even though I changed it before it was shipped. It, unfortunately, was not changed early enough so I had to contact USPS and give them my forwarding address and it still got delivered to my old address in a different state. I asked my friend to go by and pick it up for me but it had already been stolen at that point since it was delivered to a vacant house. I really look forward to my Fabfitfun box and it's really disappointing that, despite my efforts is still didn't make it to me. I reached out to Fabfitfun via live chat, knowing it wasn't the company's fault it got delivered to the wrong address but they still are sending me a replacement box! I'm very happy with this customer service experience.

I get items that I like, because they allow me to customize my box before it goes out. The items are all full size and a great deal for the $$$

I've received 5 boxes from FFF and I've been happy with all of them. I had one item in a recent box that ripped on its first use, so I headed to the forum to see if anyone else had the same problem. Without even contacting customer service, they saw my issue on the forum and sent out a replacement. Very happy with the service.

I received an email saying that one of my add-on items had shipped but after weeks of waiting, never received the item. I emailed FitFabFun about the issue and they issued a refund…no questions asked! I appreciate that it wasn't a hassle at all!

I received a damaged product. I emailed support the moment I received it and in less than 24 hrs I received a response. A replacement item was ordered. Great, efficient service!

Got sent a free box from a friend. Then I canceled. Still good charged for another box. Since it was already sent when I noticed, couldn't get a refund. Chatted with a rep and canceled. Next month got charged again. Chatted with a rep. She said shoes that I'm canceled and no box was sent. Received a box. They found another account because my email had a typo and it was a separate account. So I said cancel it. Just got charged again! The rep I chatted with said I had an account. I've tried to cancel this subscription three times! I'm very frustrated and will be blocking this company on my credit card.

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
