I called FFF customer service and spoke with Ariel. I had a question regarding the 'Yeah Fall' promo code that I see on YouTube. I recently renewed to annual membership but it doesn't start until the Winter box. He gave me $20 credit anyway so I was very happy about that! Thank you Ariel!

Girl I spoke with made every effort to resolve issue however following day received email my return was no longer covered (very expensive due to size and weight) I am not happy and will not place future orders

I called to cancel because i got charged full price when i was only reactivating due to the fun40 code for reactivation people. Needless to say i didn't get the offer and was unpleased when i seen i got charged whole price. Lyn was very patient with me while i tried to find the code i never did you know how fb is oh well you all need to fix that

FabFitFun offers great products every quarter at a fraction of the price. It's always so much fun to receive their boxes, they always seem to outdo themselves each month! If you're hesitating, don't. They are so wonderful and always work with you if you have any issues with their products. Awesome customer satisfaction! They truly live up to their name... FabFitFun! Terrible experience with Ontrac for this box. I've gotten past boxes to the same address just fine - I called multiple times (three times!) because I kept seeing the delivery was 'attempted' but incomplete... multiple times while I was home. Instructions clearly say there is a gate code and I also gave a phone number as back up but had no missed calls on the days delivery was 'attempted.' when I called Ontrac back to see what was going on they said "oh, i'm not sure why the driver didn't see the gate code." I also have a phone number - but they didn't try that either so my box ended up being returned to sender (you) and now I'm waiting for a 'replacement' to be sent to my mother's address which truthfully is not that convenient to get to - I much rather have it delivered to the intended address. Each time Ontrac told me the instructions were written into the system, so I can only assume the drivers are ignoring instructions or do not read english? Not a great experience, especially since I paid for this box OVER a month ago now and shipped a month ago on Sept 9th and it is now October... complete fail Ontrac! I realize this is not directly FabFitFun's fault other than using them as a delivery service, but I'm also missing add-ons and have no follow up from them either.

I had ended a different subscription service because getting a replacement for damaged items was nearly non-existent. So when the first order I made came with a damaged item, I was... nervous.
I used the online chat to start a ticket & was immediately offered an option for replacement. I had some trouble uploading the image, so we moved the ticket to email... I sent one email with an image of the damaged product as an attachment. I woke this morning to an email letting me know a replacement was being processed & how long I could expect it to take.

I contacted FFF about my fall box that should have been here and had zero tracking available. They told me at this point being almost a month it probably got lost, so they reissued a new box.

I just wanted a refund. The product is not defective it's just a poor design. The bag is top heavy and won't stay upright when I have a bottle in it. It flips and falls out

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
