I never received a notification for my customization therefore I missed it. Customer Service sent a note to try and change the box to what I want. If it's not changed, I will be pissed.
I received an incorrect item (which is highly unusual with FabFitFun. They do a really good job getting my orders right!). When I called customer service about it, I spoke with a very kind and professional rep who took care of my problem right away. I was highly satisfied with the outcome.

I paid for the one year of boxes. After answering questions about what I wanted in my boxes, I was happy to receive plenty of wonderful sustainable products. Even though I have taken a break from my subscription, I felt I got my moneys worth in product by a long shot. Full size, quality products, that I continue to use. Worth the money.

Normally when you think of customer service, you think of the out of touch and almost robot-esque type of people representing a company that typically reply to questions and give generalized answers; not so much a customer friendly interaction, right?
I had an issue for the first time in a little over a year being a FFF customer and reached out to customer service with my concerns regarding a billing issue. I received a response within 24 hours and the initial response was short but to the point, along with an offer on how to remedy the situation. After thinking about it, I decided to follow up and voice my concerns further in detail and explain why I disagreed with the initial offer. I wasn't sure what type of response I was going to get, however, I was quite surprised to find my request had been granted. The customer service rep (Kim D), not only listened to my concerns, she was very understanding, and looked into the problem further and clearly explained what had happened. She completed my request and went a step further by making a change to my account so that the same problem wouldn't occur again in the future.
I can't say how much I truly appreciate the customer service department and hope that all of the reps are like Kim D. This experience far exceeded my expectations.

In my opinion, FabFitFun offers the best lifestyle box available, I get excited when I know my box is on the way and as an annual member, I love being able to pick all my items and know that I will get quality products delivered right to my door on a quarterly basis. Their customer service is amazing, the people curating the boxes choose well made, beautiful products for us, and it feels like Christmas in a box every time.

It happens. Sometimes a product you buy unexpectedly stops working. This happened to me and I though for sure I was out of options because it was already past any normal return policy. I was happily mistaken! FFF refunded my order without any questions. I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you I will definitely be a customer for a lot longer!

Every customer service representative seems to actually care and trys to understand your upset and offers a resolution. I do say reach out in the age where you can complain to 1000s with one click take the time to talk with the company they will go above and beyond.

Earlier in October a new order was placed for the Fall Box, and my address which I changed and attempted to 'save', did not in fact save on the account. Jump forward 2 weeks... email announcing 'Package was delivered!' comes to me via email and along with a photo, quickly realizing this glorious package of wonderful items is setting on the front porch of my parent's previous residence, as they moved to a new home a year ago. New owners in the house are unknown and package seems lost and some lucky stranger is now going to be enjoying the items for which I paid. There was not much hope in correcting this or receiving the box, but a quick chat online with Ezra changed all that and restored my faith in your company and the excellence in Customer Service. That says a lot, as these days with ships holding hundreds of shipping containers are waiting to dock into port to unload, making many shipments delayed for weeks. So I truly realize this a big deal to have service such as this, when it really could have been a situation such as: "I'm so sorry, but there is not much we can do in this situation, Ma'am." But that was not at all the case, and I will remain a loyal customer and order boxes when I can afford to do so.

I was a returning subscriber I ask if there were any discount for a returning subscriber she helps with that, and also I ask about was to late for me to customize my box she explains to it wasn't and walk me through the process. She was friendly and informative I really appreciated talking to someone that was professional.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
