Always amazing products! I love that I can pick what I want in each category! The customer service is wonderful. They respond fast and have fixed every issue I've had.
All boxes prior were great, however the most recent one sucked. There was nothing in box I plan on keeping.

FFF has been an absolute blessing. It is so nice to get something for myself! I look forward to each box and love being able to try new products. There has been multiple items I have received that I normally wouldn't buy and have ended up loving them. FFF community is another surprise. I've been getting fabfitfun boxes for over 2 years and I am continually impressed by the selections and the value. The products are trendy and even when I'm not excited about a product initially I usually end up using it the most. If there is a product you don't want or can't use, they always make great gifts!

I absolutely love FABFITFUN, I get major discounts on things like living proof hair products, and so many others! It has made my trips to places like ultra, sefora, etc disappear! Also I get so many cool new products to try and they are all full size so I can actually tell if I like them or not! I highly recommend this to anyone who asks me about it!

First, I love their boxes. I'm an Annual member so I'm able to choose everything in my box which is fantastic! The big issue is that on any edit sale if you don't take anything out of your account they will automatically charge you. Before getting a box I don't mind that much as it ships with my box; however during the sales after that you have to spend a certain amount for free shipping.
I HATE that if you add an item, and lets say technology isn't in your favor and it doesn't delete properly, you are then charged automatically. This is just a money-maker for me and really not thinking about their customers. I get emails probably every day from FFF. Are you meaning to tell me they can't send an email out warning that I'm about to be charged? No email. That says a lot about a company who sends email everyday, but can't remind you when they are about to charge you.
That being said--no more edit sales to me. I would shop if they changed things differently.

I subscribe to a few subscription boxes and FFF is by far my favorite. Even if there is something I don't need, won't use or don't necessarily like I can always find someone I know who will love it!

My edit sale items came perfectly packaged and I do love Fab Fit Fun! I was a seasonal member for a while and finally became an annual member with the Winter Box being the start of my second year…I use all my items and love the box!

I have been a member of FabFitFun for almost 2 years now. I love the majority of things that come in my box and the price per box is well worth what you are getting. As a single mom of two boys, I don't get to splurge on myself often and this is a great way to celebrate me a little bit.

My problem is with the shipping and the shipping company Lasership. The delays are overwhelming for most of us. My last box never arrived, first was lost then with FFF ship a new on I never got it. Even though Lasership said it was delivered.

I love getting my quarterly FitFabFun Box! I know I am going to get full sized products that are new to an existing line or a new company! I get so excited because it feels like Christmas! I get great products for me and some to share!

I was really disappointed in this box this time! It was very small stuff with a lot of paper and ads and really lacking anything feminine, festive, or exciting. The only feminine item in there was a set of glamnetic's lashes. There were no purses, scarves, coffee cups, perfumes, serums, makeup, or jewelry! It was just 2 washes, a hand scrub, wine opener, silicone chocolate bomb thing that I don't even know and the lashes. I was frankly shocked at the lackluster choices. I mean holiday season and it was just blah! So I am grateful Mika was honest and said stuff was missing and being replaced. I have really loved my experience with FFF and always get so excited when the box arrives to experience and post on my TikTok. I even upgraded to experience more!

Let me be clear, I LOVED getting my FFF Boxes…. When I actually got them! I have yet to receive my Fall box. After multiple calls and emails and attempts to get me my box I still never received it! Why you ask? It's because they are using Ontrac as their shipping company now and they are VERY unreliable! I had to cancel my membership because FFF couldn't guarantee me that they would no longer use this company to ship boxes to me!

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
