I ordered extra items and got online early to customize my box I didn't receive the items I paid extra for or my customization and this was the fall box which after many emails just received nov 17 and your rep canceled my subscription on his own instead of helping me

I emailed trying to find out if an order was going to be here before Christmas. Got a response on the same day not what I wanted to hear but not his fault with the USPS.

You are one of my favorite places to order from I don't keep long-term orders with anybody else really I'm not so happy with this Christmas Box not because I don't like anything cuz I love everything I got it just seemed a little sparse for a Christmas Box but otherwise love my new blanket

Paid 52 dollars for a box and everything in it was junk. Meanwhile my sister received one simultaneously that she actually somehow paid less for (45$) which had very nice good quality items like a Dutch oven a cutting board, handbag, perfumes and lotions. And I got socks, combs, a collapsible cup, eyelash curler and a toothbrush. I am pissed. Also I was sent a free box by my sister that I paid 5 dollars shipping for and they never even sent it to me. Until I contacted customer service and called them out. I am so incredibly disappointed with this subscription.

FabFitFun has been an awesome subscription since I've joined back in 2013, I believe. The box just kept getting better and better every quarter. I'm a subscriber of many other boxes but FFF always ranked at the top 5. Unfortunately, the Spring 2022 will be my last box. It's time to explore something new. Perhaps another Home Decor box. It has been a great ride, FFF.

Years ago when I first subscribed to FabFitFun the Boxes were always so beautifully packaged, with such love and care. It was always a delight to open!
However, this recent year, my last two boxes were packaged so distasteful and in such poor form that to be frank, looked as if all my items were just thrown. I purchased several items in multiples, because I planned on gifting them, but I'm quite embarrassed to do so now. The pretty boxes are now squished in the corners and completely look gross and ruined. Like I said, this wasn't the first time I've received a package this carelessly. My last few boxes have been a disappointment.
I haven't actually said anything before because they were only for me, but this time I was gifting many items.
Also! The biggest issue I had this last time was with a pair of sunglasses! They were shipped damaged, because I actually opened them and they appeared to have been used. I mean, there can't be another explanation for it. They have several scratches on the sides and one that is very big and noticeable from a distance. Those should have been replaced, but instead they refunded me the amount. Such a bummer.
Anyways, it's a shame, because most of the items are amazing and such a great deal.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
