I've only had to contact customer service for 2 issues. Both were resolved quickly (once the long wait was over while in the queque) by fff agents. Friendly, efficient, and helpful. My questions were answered and a resolution to my damaged item was satisfactory. I'm fairly new to fff and I think they are doing a fantastic job. These times are difficult for many of us and anywhere we can receive a ray of sunshine is a welcomed thing. I look forward to my boxes and items coming in the mail and I love being able to try "new to me" products and brands. I've only received a small handful of items I ordered that I didn't like, but have found several brands/items that are now going to be staples for me. The community boards have been great and I feel the positivity from them.

Why fill out a the profile information and allow you some choices each month when you don't follow the profile info nor do you give the choices picked? Yes, products a good or high quality. I don't need a blanket in every box or 2-3 hair care products in each one (which I rated the lowest on my profile for preferences). I can only give away so many items a month as gifts before I would really like a few myself.

I have been a customer with FabFitFun for about 2 years now. My latest Winter box showed 'delivered', but I did not get it. I contacted FFF via email and in 24 hours, I had a resolution from Jack! He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional at resolving my mysterious missing box. My replacement box is on the way and I can't wait to open it to receive it to get all my 'fun' quality items, some for me, some for gifting for Christmas.

FFF gives a unique experience by allowing buyers to try new things at an inexpensive price. I want to add one caveat to my dealings with the company. FFF is not known for quick shipping. So be patient and there is a reward at the end of what will be a lenghty process in receiving items.

I have noticed when I had my own problem with this company is that if there is not a problem, it is okay. If there is a problem, the run around is terrible. I was supposed to get my box a month ago and have had an email from the shipper saying that it is damaged and that I needed to contact the company. All that I have gotten is a runaround from the company with nothing else said than to wait it out. I find that unacceptable and am having a hard time finding out what to do about the situation. It seems like this problem is not uncommon so watch out.

I use to love fabfitfun. I spent an hour waiting for a customer service representative just to find out that fabfitfun lost my box a month ago. Then the products that I requested were not available and I have to wait an additional month for the box. I would expect them to at least use expedited shipping and give me a refund or something since it is two months late and I am not getting the products I requested. I specifically became an annual member to customize my entire box and then they fail at the one task. I have originally loved fabfitfun but I am very saddened by this experience.

I have received low quality bizarre items. Several which have been repeat items.
These boxes are obviously second hand junk.
I believe if you don't get back to the high quality Fit Fab Fun, you will go out of business. I am a long time customer and this last box was the worst ever.
I have canceled my subscription. Who ever is in charge of buying products, should be fired.

I had a package that did not make it to my door. I received an email telling me it was delivered. I let FabFitFun know it didn't show up. Within a couple of days I received a refund. What a great company!

It all started with not getting an email to customize my winter box not even a notification from the app. When I went to go check the app to see when customization was going to be opened I found out I had missed the window entirely! I spoke with Owen first on the chat option who was able to get my choices in. But when I received my box most of the stuff was not what I had picked out. I was so upset cause one of the items I was going to gift as a Christmas present. I wrote an email immediately expressing my problems… no response. Last night I finally had time to sit and use that chat option. I had to wait over an hour before someone could help me. I spoke with Lexie this time. She was able to get the items I was missing and is sending them, even let me keep the stuff I wasn't supposed to have. I think fabfitfun wouldn't be so great if it wasn't for their amazing customer support backing them up. And I still have no idea why I didn't receive an email in the first place! It needs to be clearer on your site when these dates are so I can mark them in my calendar in case I don't get an email again.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
