I am an annual subscriber and have been for a few years now. The boxes are generally really good. Lots of variety. Unique items that are things I would not generally think to buy for myself. I am always excited to find out what the next box is going to be filled with.

I have been receiving my FabFitFun boxes for a few years now. I love all the updates to wear now I can customize my entire box with an annual purchase. It ensures that I only will I love everything I get but if there's a category that I'm not particularly drawn to an item I can pick an item for a friend.

I have had several subscriptions boxes to Home Decor, Beauty and life style but FFF is the best of all and has all of it so I cancelled all others. They always send me the best items in each category and I have found many of my now favorite brands thanks to FFF

I have been an annual member of FabFitFun for a few years. I was originally gifted a gift card and then happily jumped down the rabbit hole! Things have improved with each box and it's a wonderful way to discover new favorites and pick up some great gifts for friends.

I enjoy receiving my quarterly boxes. It's a present to myself giving me a chance to enjoy new products, many of which I wouldn't have bought myself. I think it's a great value for the money. And the community is fun and uplifting challenging me to try new things like my first vision board.

I LOVE FabFitFun. I have recommended it to all my friends! The quality of the items is unmatched. The value of each box is phenomenal and well worth what you pay. Not to mention the add-ons and sales giving you access to amazing products at reduced rates. Seriously FabFitFun is amazing and absolutely be keeping me as a subscriber. I cannot say enough good things. My only place where I would say improvement is necessary would be in the shipping process. Not at the fault of FabFitFun, but some of the shipping vendors they work with are unimpressive to put it lightly.

I have been subscribed to FFF for 4 years. I absolutely love the items from my boxes. I gotten things that I probably wouldn't have tried or bought, that have become staples in my home or beauty routine. And the add ons are very nicely priced. I've purchased several big items from the add on sales and have been so pleased with them. This is a subscription that I expect to keep for many years to come.

Requested gift from a family member. Liked I could give one box and cancel. She can now sign up herself and do the survey should she choose to continue.
Only problem with the box is she got about size 4 house slippers which was way to small for her.
She enjoyed the box. Going forward you might create a special holiday box

FabFitFun is definitely the latter... I absolutely love spending time browsing the site for great finds and introduction to new products. I'm only disappointed that I don't have unlimited amounts of time to spend doing so, which results in me missing election windows for the program boxes and EDIT/other sales opportunities. The fun is great, but becomes just a little less so when "favorite" choices have sold out before I've seen them.

I'm not sure if I have been a member for 2 or 3 years. I always enjoy what I get in my boxes. I would say maybe two or three times the box has felt a little empty. But my items have always been of good quality.

I have tried boxes similar to this but this is the only one that I feel is more than worth it's money especially if you pay for a year at a time. I have found so many awesome things from Fabfitfun that I don't know what I would do without it! It makes it easier to have gifts lined up so I'm not waiting on the last minute to try to find something so that saves me money. I have gotten birthday, wedding, graduation etc. gifts from from their sales plus viewed items for my home. I'm even able to find things for my father so I appreciate the range of items they have in the box plus the sale. I haven't tried any of the other services yet but I definitely will! I'm so thankful that I happened to find fabfitfun while watching E news one day as I was flipping through the channels & found Fabfitfun. Just make sure you check out all their services so you don't miss out on certain options!
Also the customer service people will do everything they can to resolve an issue.

I ordered a winter box and there was supposed to be a blanket and it was not in the box. She offered a substitute but it still wasn't the blanket

Had a problem with billing. They were able to get it sqaure away with photos proving the deal i got through my email. I'm excited to get back on board.

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
