I absolutely love FFF, every time I have a question or issue it gets resolved and everyone is so nice and friendly.
FabFitFun is an amazing company, with wonderful products. Their over all moral is so refreshing, from promo emails to customer service. Everything they offer gives you a chance to step out side of your box and introduces you to quality products. Honestly no matter what has gone on in my life the last 5 years I had something to look forward to, a pick me up. I can't imagine going without it.

Few reasons I LOVE LOVE LOVE my FabFitFun... it's Seasonal instead of monthly so payments are 4 times a year unless ya choose annual and pay in full up front (well worth it) not to mention benefits of an annual membership... the products are full size and everything else is great quality like the earrings I just received as one of my surprise items are Kate Spade brand and are absolutely beautiful! Just those cost about 20$ less than the box itself! My first box I received a pure silk robe that retailed over $100 So believe me when I say you definitely get your money worth! I highly recommend FFF... it's an awesome reward to yourself... You're Worth It

I have been a member for many years and have not had any issues with orders. There was a shipping error for this summer box. Because I delayed in sending an email my add ons were no longer available when it came to time to ship my order again. The customer care team were very professional and prompt when I finally did send the email. I'm very happy because this issue was resolved as soon as they figured out what had happened. A full refund was issued so I'm pleased.
This company stands behind their product and service. If you have any issues the customer care team will help. I always recommend FabFitFun. It's great fun

I had a glitch from the get-go because of PayPal. FabFitFun customer service was great! Nathan straightened it all out and was very helpful. I'm excited that I'll be receiving my first box soon. What a bonus to find out up front that customer service is excellent,!

I absolutely love getting my FabFitFun box 4 times a year. This box may be a little pricier than others, but it's well worth it for what you receive. I love that I can customize it and if there's ever an issue (rarely happens) they take care of it in a quick timely manner. Definitely recommend!

If I could give this review 0 stars I would. My last 5+ drop ship items have come in thin mail bags that arrive shredded with no bubble wrap, or protection and every time have been broken, dented, scratched, etc. The FFF customer service has been PHENOMENAL in helping correct and refund (Thank You), but I still end up with damaged items. Something has to change with your drop ship partners.

An item I had purchased as an add on, arrived and wasn't working. Everyone responded in a very timely manner. Unfortunately the item was out of stock, but they refunded me the cost of the item.

I ordered a Starter Box in May. Never heard anything or received it. Then yesterday I was charged for my subscription.
I had to call, spent at least 30 minutes+ on the phone, and found out the shipping team threw out my address and didn't send the box, let me know, or cancel and refund my order.
After 0ver 30 minutes on phone call, I ended up cancelling everything. They did offer a gift card, etc, but it's too much trouble dealing with a company that doesn't communicate well or take care of customers when they have shipping issues. Like I'm only a phone call or email away.
It is sad because I have friends who love FabFitFun. I was looking forward to receiveing the boxes--figured anything I didn't love would make good stocking stuffers for the extended family.
Guess the point is, if you don't hear from them, make a phone call and find out what's going on with your order(s).

I added on a product that you never contacted me to tell me you didn't have enough of. I had to contact YOU to find out where my order was. Then you wanted me to REPLACE what I ordered with products not even close to what I ordered. Will never order again. Bad business

I cancelled months ago, but still received and got charged for another box. Still don't understand why, but sounds like a yearly membership you are signing up for. (Something I didn't expect)

As an Annual Member, you will continue to receive your prepaid boxes and have access to all the other amazing membership perks until the end of your prepaid annual term. This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
