I cancelled my subscription in October and for some reason was charged in late November for the winter box. I didn't notice the charge until I received the box two weeks later. I promptly contacted customer service through their website email form, explaining the error. The customer service rep was quick to reply and tell me I wouldn't be refunded. I replied with another email saying this was unacceptable customer service, to which the rep responded, "I just want to inform you that if you ship the box back to us, then you will have to pay for the shipping fee. Once we see that the box is being sent to us, as a one-time thing, we will go through the process to arrange a refund to your account." I am currently disputing the charge through my credit card since this is an error on their end - it's not right for FFF to make me pay for the shipping cost to send the box back, not to mention try to make it seem like they are doing me a favor through this "one-time thing" and also that I am "insisting," as the rep stated. So disappointing - three friends of mine and my sister are cancelling their subscriptions as a result of my experience.
I ordered two boxes, one winter box for myself and a starter box to gift to a friend and see if she wanted to subscribe, and I'm really glad I won't be urging her to subscribe. First of all, the FAQ on their site is incredibly misleading, it tells new customers that their starter box will be shipped within 10 business days, which the average person will usually understand to mean that the box will be processed and shipped in 10 business days or less, which is absolutely not the case. When I contacted customer service, the representative informed me that it takes 10 business days for the box just to process, then another 7-10 days for the box to ship. You really end up waiting like a month or more just for a box of okayish goodies.
The customer service is ok, I did ask for a refund and eventually ended up receiving one, but only after an hour long conversation. I really don't recommend this service at all. Don't be fooled by all the celebrities and youtubers endorsing it.

I ordered this box 11/28/17 and it still hasn't shipped. I have live chatted with them many times and was assured I had nothing to worry about I would get my box just in time for Christmas. That was until today when I messaged them because my box still hasn't shipped and they said they could guarantee anything. This was supposed to be part of my daughters Christmas now I'm pretty sure it won't be here in time. There is no reason it should take this long.

I order the winter box 11/30/17 no add ons now 2 weeks later still awaiting shipment they take time shippping, but take funds same day, this is a Xmas gift for my daughter I do hope I get by then IT IS Ridiculously you have wait 2 weeks for it just to be shooed when you can other stuff online get in 5-7 days

This was my Christmas present to myself and I regret wasting my money. The quality of the poncho and mug are sad. They lie about the value of the items. In addition, there are a couple of products that you get by chance so do not get your heart set on anything. They won't tell you that. When I called they didn't try to resolve my problem but sure did try very hard to get me to spend more money. Tacky! Merry Christmas to me :(

Ive been a subscriber since Fall 2016 and have loved every box that Ive received. I noticed that there are so many negative reviews and I find it ridiculous. All the products are full-size and perfect for anyone. I think its great for me since Im away at collegeyou receive the perfect amount of beauty and clothing productsI dont have to worry about purchasing any type of skincare products on my own. The clothing items are great whether youre in the east or west coast since they arent overly heavy nor light. Before taking these peoples opinions to heart, you should subscribe to this box and judge it for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

I placed my order on Nov 29th and it hasnt even been shipped yet. I did realize that due to Christmas it would be delayed but come on now. I hope it comes before Christmas and not after.

I sent an email to fabfitfun, asking if I ordered that day. Would the package arrive before christmas... they responded by basically saying, 'probably not'... so I decided not to order... the next day I saw that they charged me $39.95...

I'll likely donate everything I received, so hopefully someone out there could use it. All the items were pretty mediocre. And even more annoyingly, I filled out the survey of preferences when I first registered. Basically, everything I received was the exact opposite of my noted preference. Maybe it's a joke I'm not privy too. This subscription is a joke. Don't waste your time, money, or excitement on it.

I just received my very first FFF box. It is the winter box. I LOVE it! I ordered it because my very favorite Kate Somerville product was in there. And the price of that alone is $75.00. I paid $39.99 for the entire box of full sized products! And they are all items I.ve been using!
About their customer service... when I opened my box I noticed a perfume smell. So I started pulling items out of the box. Grabbed the pillow spray and it was leaking on to some of the products. Most items were protected from it. I wanted to let the company know. I sent them a message on FB. They replied very quickly. Less than 12 hours. I told them the items that were damaged. And they said they would replace them all, including the leaking pillow spray! They even asked what color on one item. They were very understanding. And apologetic. And to replace the items was beyond my expectations! Hassle free resolution! Thank you for your great customer service! Cant wait to get the next box!

I recently upgraded to paying ahead for a years subscription and was promised an earlier ship date as well as the ability to add add ons before anyone else. Much to my dismay not only was my ship date the same, but I was sent the Winter box minus a mystery box that I added and one additional add on. When I chatted with the company rep I was told that I would have to send a picture of the invoice, the box and all items received. Not only did I not get what I ordered but I felt like I was accused of gaming the system. Shame on you FabFitFun for making me feel like a thief.
I ordered a fall box in September, after weeks of waiting for a shipment email, I received an email saying they ran out. Yet weeks after that, I saw a D List reality person showing their box they just received! They said they would forward my 39.99 to my winter box. To my surprise I was charged another 49.99 when the winter box billing season came around. I emailed the company 1st they said there was nothing they could do, then another person said they refunded my money of the 49.99. My box was supposed to ship on Dec 4th, and I was going to receive an email saying it has been shipped. Surprise no shipping email. I emailed the company asking where is my shipping email & received no response. I replied back to their automated email which said I would be contacted, saying I was still not contacted. I am extremely frustrated, and really starting to get angry! My next stop will be calling my Bank and the BBB!
I love the saying, "expectations are predestined disappointments." You can't assume how things will be, but if you go with the flow, you usually get a better experience.
I've read the negative reviews and most seem to be about the shipping. Shipping is only a part of the FitFabFun subscription, and also partially controlled by other entities. I don't think about my box until I get the email saying it's on the way. I don't sweat it, it will be here. And the billing policy is clearly stated if you take the time to read it.
Not every product is going to please every person. If something isn't my style, I give it to a friend who I think will like it. I actually belong to a few subscriptions, and every once in a while I take the items I won't use to work and let the other ladies pick stuff. They love it, so share your blessings.
As for the items, I LOVE surprises! Sure, not everything works for me (like the jewelry holder, I have a huge standing jewelry box already), but that's OK. I also have tried new things I wouldn't have before, and used things I didn't think I would need.
FitFabFun puts a lot of effort into the packaging, presentation, finding designers/manufacturers to work with them on products, and newsletter. If you're going to join a higher end subscription like this, you probably have disposable income to treat yourself with occasionally, (add up your pricey coffees or take out food for a month sometime!) so enjoy it for what it is, a quarterly gift box of stuff chosen by people who don't know you, and can't possibly please everybody. If you want to pick everything for yourself, go to the mall.

You stated youre sorry I don't love my products. That's NOT what I said. I love them all. That's why I'm a subscriber. My complaint was re: the fall box which was shown as THE box we'd receive & how beautiful it would be. I received a totally different ugly blue box having nothing to do with fall. I was excited for THE fall boxbYOU showed therefore very disappointed. Also, the shipping time after billing is ridiculous.

Both times I have ordered this box, the shipping takes FOREVER. It has nothing to do with being in Canada. It took 6 days for it just to be SCANNED. It is ridiculous. I paid for premium service and the shipping should not take over 2 weeks. This is extremely disappointing and will be canceling my "premium" subscription.

This box is amazing IF you are on youtube, sponsored, or they want you to endorse them. I ordered my box on October 4th, 2017 and I ordered ad-ons for the winter box and was SO excited that my box was going to process early... They said "it takes up to (which actually means OVER) ten days to process...
I had friends who decided to order the box because I talked about how awesome the stuff inside looked. They ordered it after me had no ad-ons, a seasonal membership, and they have their boxes. I called and the manager apologized and ASSURED me that my box would ship no later than Friday December 1st... Joke is on me since its the 4th and still hasn't shipped. Even if it ships today it takes up to (Which again, means over) 10 days to get to you. So if you buy this box expect it to take about a month to get to you, or start a youtube channel, those are really your only options. Their customer service reps are a JOKE who have a set script. I am hanging onto the sliver of hope that I actually get this in time for family celebration since I was gifting a few of these items...
Again this is amazing if you get it mid november with a Youtube channel, but I would NEVER ever ever, promote that on my channel with the crappy service they offer to customers...

After I posted my unhappy review regarding the customer service received at Fab Fit they contacted me. I am very impressed with how quickly they reacted and the level of professionalism and high standard customer service given. I felt like someone was actually listening, no canned email here. My sister loves Fab Fit and although not for me, I can see they are actually a stand up kinda company and will likely be successful as long as they keep putting customers first.

I was not very impressed with my first box and decided to cancel. Apparently, my cancellation request was not processed properly, quite possibly user error. The day after I seen the charge on my account (6AM PST) I logged into my account and could see that the transaction was pending so I immediately contacted FabFit to cancel and refund my money. Of course, I was told the order was in the "Processing Queue" and they do not do refunds and all sales are final. Must be in the very fine print somewhere. Wow, now what I thought was an amazing idea/concept just went out the window. I will be sure to share my feelings with others.
Every time I order add-ons they do not ship me all that I ordered and paid for. I have been with them for over a year and still have issues EVERY shipment. My winter 2017 box was shocking. All add-on items were just dumped into the box (over $300 worth
~ except the missing items) and only had packing paper on top of a large 18 1/2" x 18" x 18 1/2" h box. Items were crushed. Box was in great shape but the items inside were not. Customer service is ridiculous through the email and they seem not to understand common english. Zero management and takes a month to fix. Sometimes they tell you that they sold out of the product and they will refund your money ~ which takes forever for them to process. You'd think they'd refund your money if they weren't able to ship you but "NO' you have to email them. That is their customer service. Overall, customer service is terrible and it seems like they don't care to fix the problem which clearly seems to stem for the warehouse packing. I do like the boxes but wish they had better customer service and would actually fix issues ~ instead of ignoring them when they happen over and over again.

I know a lot of the reviews on here are negative, I loved the seasonal fall box so much I signed up for the annual membership but seriously FabFitFun has been so helpful! There was an issue with my billing and my subscription got cancelled but they responded within 24 hours and they were super nice and everything was fixed within a few days.
I was hesitant about buying the fall seasonal because I couldn't pick the things that I wanted but then I saw that $10 discount and I saw all the celebrities ordering it so I was like why not. When the box came in it was absolutely gorgeous! I was bummed about the "wine lip color" at first but now I use it every time I go out. I love the balm and pencil, I loved it so much I just bought the other color for daily use with my add ons. At first I wasnt a fan of the hat because i wanted the belt, I didn't like the size or the color black, but honestly I am so glad I got the black color cause I wear it all the freaking time the only issue with the hat is its a lil to big for my head but it looks so cute on me. The scarf is so beautiful and I love the color however it leaves fuzzys all over my clothes but it does keep me nice and warm. I was bummed that I got the teeth whitening instead of the hair rinse and it was weird to use it at first. I use it every day now and have noticed a slight difference with my teeth looking less yellow so I really am glad I got that also. I didn't think I would use all this stuff every day but I actually do! Well they sold me and I am so glad I got the annual membership those add ons are fantastic. I am counting down the days til my winter box comes in I seriously cant wait. Does any one know when the priority ship date is for select members?

Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
