Okay, this is my 6th box and I put off opening it for days as I was so disappointed with the last few I thought I needed to be in a good frame of mind before breaking out the scissors. Not to disappoint, this box was equally as disappointing. I would honestly only use one of the products inside as the jewelry is cheap, the plastic purses I might have carried as a teenager and the samples are weird color palettes (bright purple blush, etc.). I had to bite the bullet and cancel. The only good thing I can say is the box they ship it in is pretty and always makes me smile. Not $50 worth of smile, though...
So here's the update. FabFitFun contacted me and made things right after I wrote the bad review. They refunded me the money they charged me, and I finally received the Spring Box today that replaced the original Editor's Box they were supposed to send me. They even credited me 1/2 the amount for the upcoming Summer Box, but I couldn't see any credit on my account. So all in all, yes they made things right, but I just can't trust that something like this won't happen again. I love the concept, but until they can get a smoother running system I won't be renewing.

I attempted to order the Editor's Box and the coupon code was not working - I contact customer service and they gave me a (supposed) correct code. Well it was the wrong code and even though they originally charged me for the Editor's Box, they then credited me $20 and ordered me a Starter Box - all of this without communication. When I received my box it had a card for the Editor's Box saying everything that was in it, which was incorrect since they sent me the Starter box. I would never have chosen to order the Starter box. When I contacted customer service she was all over the place quoting me incorrect dates etc. I asked for her to have a supervisor to call me and a "supervisor" showed up on the chat. They said they were all out of Editor's Boxes and would send me a Spring Box. I assumed it would be at no charge, but they charged me the full amount and it showed up in my bank account this morning. I will be cancelling as soon as I receive my box - don't trust the customer service. They don't know what they are doing!
The Spring 2018 is my 5th box. I was so excited in the beginning to receive my boxes because 10 days after billing you would receive you seasonal box. It now takes much longer. I do love the outside of box and that it is about women empowerment however the products are getting cheesy. My 2017 fall box had a scarf that you could by in the $3 bin at Target. My spring 2018 is the WORST. The earings that I received did not have backs and had the "Made in China" sicker attached to the back and the "value" is $58 I'm sure these can be ordered off of Wish for $2 and the candle valued at $45 is off centered and has splotchy wax all over the outside. I liked trying new products but it is not changing its face this hair that jewelry this. I do not believe it was valued anywhere near $330. I will be looking to subscribe to a box that I wouldn't be disappointed to refer a friend to. I will give one more chance so I do hope that the reviews are read and changes are made to the members of FFF as I am not the only wo thinks the subscription is going way down hill.
I started FFF over 1 year ago, and loved it. Now I find myself waiting longer and longer for my boxes to ship. Most recently with the Spring 2018 box... I was billed on February 20th, as I ordered quite a few ad-ons. As of today, one month later, my account still says "awaiting shipment". In addition to this frustration, when I go on the website to search for customer care, the page comes up with an error message.

Have been subscribing for almost two years and very pleased as this company is growing and expanding into different categories such as home - just gets better and better. I really like some of the skin care brands I've found out about such as Grown Alchemist and Dr. Brandt (tried these and love then both.) Ordered a "trial" box and got a "order shipped" email on Feb 20/18. March 12, got an email about my order being processed for a second box. Still no "trial" box. What? Tracked the shipment. No information. Just the label created. No email communication from the company except that they have charged me full price for another box. Emailed and messaged the company. Finally got a reply that the winter box (my "trial" box) had sold out. WHAT!? And, had I not followed up about it, then what? They were going to just hold on to the shipping fee they charged me for that trial box and not say anything? And, further, to send me a second box without me seeing my "trial" box (the pitch being "try it, and if you like it, we will keep sending them, if you don't cancel it"... ok, pretty hard to decide when you didn't send it out, and didn't even have a plan on dealing with that!) Pretty nice scam to get my credit card info and make a few bucks. Now I am seeing these reviews that indicate that the boxes I will get will be crap. Well, maybe this company sort of grew way faster than what they were equipped for and so sort of imploding. We'll see what I end up getting. Hopefully they are working on turning this ship around because right now, it's absolutely something to warn people AGAINST! It feels a lot like a huge scam. They will have to work hard to get me to come back and give them a great review.

I was disappointed at the overall selections in the box. The bracelet broke when I wore it today. Simply fell apart. The clutch was something that one could rarely use. It will end up being a travel bag for make up and toiletries.

Everything in the Spring 2018 box is terrible and seems very cheap. I ended up giving everything to my niece. I unsubscribed anyways, I got two boxes and was really disappointed with both. It's basically just a bunch of stuff they probably have a hard time selling lol.

My box still hasn't shipped yet...
When I contacted customer service via online chat, they told me they will follow up with email soon. I still haven't received any follow-up after 4 days. I am very disappointed because I have ordered lots of add-ons this time for family and friends. They are all going after me wondering when they will receive their gifts. Can fabfitfun at least get back to me with an answer?
It is really not fair how fabfitfun treats youtuber differently than us...

I have loved all the past boxes that I have rec'd - Spring 2017, Summer 2017, Fall 2017 and Winter 2017. But holy moly Spring 2018 was horrific. Candle smelled horrible, the clutch was hideous. Gave the cheap necklace to my 15 year old (who was less than excited about it as well). Most went to goodwill. Hoping they try to do better in the future or I won't get any more boxes. I wonder if I'm one of the few or many with the feelings on Spring 2018?

Around the shipment time, I get really mad because my they never ship on the date they write that they will ship. So, that's annoying. Last time, it took 2 weeks for the box to get to me. The products are good though.

This was my third box and I get so excited to open them. But this box missed the mark by miles and after reading just a few reviews, Im certainly not alone. Im a 62 yr old woman and its in my profile. So why would I need cheap tassel earrings and acne lotion? That candle smells awful too. Maybe they need to realize that just because its expensive, doesnt mean its a good quality. Im giving it one more try, then Im done. I wont be recommending them anymore unless things change.

I don't think I'll be getting a box or my money back. This is not a company that I would recommend. I've learned my lesson.
I was really excited to get my first box but now I'm not. I ordered my box in January and got a FEDEX tracking number. As the days passed, I could see where my box was going. This put me at ease, knowing that it was on its way. But then after a while, my tracking number status changed to "DELAYED". That was Feb. 5th and I have no idea where my box could be as of today Feb. 18th. I did contact them and they gave me another tracking number, this time for USPS. I've never heard of companies switching carriers. Why the switch? It's weird. The status still says delayed too. I have no idea if I'll ever get a box. I mean I've ordered stuff using both FEDEX and USPS and have never had a delivery problem. I've even ordered items for Christmas with no delays. It's just weird to me. I can see on other reviews that shipping is a problem for this company. I won't be ordering from them again.
I wasn't that thrilled with my Starter Box as the poncho shed all over my black pants and white shirt (I gave it to Goodwill) and the drop earrings broke on my way to work (Sheesh!) The Spring box is "MEH"... The candle smells like cheap aerosal room freshener. I've paid far less for beautiful soy candles with luxurious scents ($20) so i don't get the SRP of $40. The orange clutch is probably the last colour I'd wear. The earrings are far too "gypsy" and cheap looking for me. I tried to give them away, but no takers. I get it that it's a "crap shoot" and you get what you get, but it's frustrating when I get a lot of crap that I can't use. I needed the massager to destress! (a good product), btw). The box that the kit comes in is very cool and I love the graphics. Sorry, but I'm glad I didn't get the year subscription... Just sayin'!
I am a new customer that ordered the Spring 2018 box with four different add-ons. I paid for everything on 2/2/18, and have contacted customer service via email which gave me no response and today via online chat to inquire as to why my box hadnt shipped yet. I was told that there was a mistake from the shipping courier and my label was delayed at FFFs error. That the boxes go out in groups. Yes, no doubt as on instagram every paid endorser/celebrity has their box. According to their site those people that purchase add-ons will get priority shipping. I dont even have a tracking number yet and all they can tell me is that the delay is their fault and they dont know when the box will ship. Im not impressed. I paid $39.99 with a discount code and over $50 for extras. I wont order again.
I had an issue tonight relating to the annual subscription on march 6th, and within 40 minutes I was able to get a response. I was pretty scared beforehand reading these reviews but the agent I talked to was very understanding (his name was Riche) and we were able to get my issue resolved in no more than 5 minutes after first speaking. I did have to call a few times but third time was a charm. I wanted to write this and show my appreciation for the agent working with me on this, I would give 5 for him but I will update the review once I get the my first box to see if it was all worth it :) and hopefully other customers will get this same treatment!

I joined last year, my first box was Winter 2017 and I was happy with it.
But... then came the Spring box- terrible. The clutch has a tear in the lining and the rest of the products are cheap. Really disappointing. I reached out to customer service and got no reply.
I bought the annual subscription so have already paid for the next two boxes.
Just know if subscribing that the profile they have you fill out is just for show/sales and means nothing. They do not use it to know your preferences.

Surprised about so may bad reviews. I have had the year subscription - just finishing up the first year. I love getting my box and always feel that I get at least the value of what I paid. I get items that I do not want sometimes and I set them aside for gifts or just to give away to people who I think will like them. Everything is nice and worth keeping or gifting. I am least impressed by the jewelry selections and just as soon not get those. But I love the facial products and the fashion items. You can tell them what you like to help get items of use to you. My only complaint is I got eyeshadow twice even though I said I disliked makeup. Disliking makeup makes eyeshadow pretty much the last makeup I would use. I did love the lip crayon they sent though and I actually used the last eyeshadow kit while on vacation. Happy camper here, and sometimes I even buy add ons or reorder some of the favorite products. This is a really great way to try expensive products without paying a lot and then finding out you don't like them. If I don't like something, I don't buy it again. I loved the Spongelle buffers so much that I bought a bunch of them for gifts and another for myself. The soap really lasts a long time and they are just the perfect texture to me. I plan on renewing for another year. Hope I will continue to be happy with the boxes. So far, so good.

So I decided to give it another shot. I just got the years subscription to see if the shipping was better. First, they charged me for the winter box + a years subscription. I wanted the winter box to be included in my year but they are very misleading. They had upgrade for more customization so I upgraded, they didn't say it wouldn't include the box you were trying to customize. I spoke to customer service and they let me customize the winter box, however, they said there was nothing they could do about the billing. The two stars are for the products only. The shipping is no better. The winter box took forever even with add on's and this one is taking forever as well with add on's. I'm in for a year so there is nothing I can do but I no longer recommend this company. I don't know why they think their slow processing time and slow slow shipping is standard. I've never had to wait this long for anything I've ordered online. That is what they tell me though. It's standard. At least give people the option to do a 3 day ground shipping. I get stuff from Amazon in 2 days and shipping is FREE.

The box it's self was pretty cool. I ordered the 2017 Fall. I love the red color lipstick and the face mask. I have used the gym bag and it is a perfect size. I was missing the cuticle oil and the jewelry holder. I chatted online with someone and they said they would ship it out. It took forever to get here, just like the box did, and I'm still missing the jewelry holder. However, I saw my co-workers and I wouldn't use it anyway so I didn't call them again. I'm still on the fence about the whole thing. I hate when a company's motto is "spend more money, and we will treat you better". It's like really? I am giving you 50 dollars for something along with a lot of other people, just get it to them in a week. Ground doesn't take this long. It took me 3 weeks to get that box. My co-worker ordered hers on the 6th and the tracking is saying she will get it on the 26th, Oct. That's crazy to me. Anyway, I'm going to give it another shot with the winter box. If the shipping takes that long I probably will not order again. If they fixed their shipping problem, I think they have a great product here.

Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
