Paid about $200 for years worth of boxes. Going on 6 weeks and first box stillnot here. Called, live chatted several times. Best I get is a label is being created. Pathetic and the screaming in background when u get someone on the phone sounds like an insane asylum.
I love all products you get to try and if you love them you can order them. If a color doesn't suit me I give it to a friend and they love it. It's like Christmas 4 times a year. I also love when you can do add ons to the box. Makes me happy.

I can't rave about FFF enough... not only do you get top of the line and personalized products delivered straight to your door step, but you also get to join a huge community of sisters who offer endless support and advice. I will be a forever member with FFF and I can't wait for the next box!(I always order extra boxes to give as presents!)
I talked with two different people in the past week because I ordered two boxes and they made a mistake with the shipping address. Nobody found a solution, not even a refund. I didn't even got the chance to try the product but now that I know if there will ever be a problem with my box, they won't be able to fix it so what's the point of ordering now...

I love getting the new boxes because it's like a surprise gift for just for me. I like the variety of new and different products to try. I have never been disappointed and I love showing what I get on my social media. I can't wait to get my next box! Even the customer service is great at helping with any problems so it will always be 5 stars for me!

I started getting Fab Fit Fun when it was pretty new. They have come very far as a subscription service. I love the new options to customize boxes and also add on additional products. I probably use about 80 percent of what comes in my boxes. Customer service is always great. My only complaint is that some of the items seem cheap- like jewelry that discolors after a few wearings. Overall I am happy.

Having been hit with some pretty significant "life" curve balls, I was really feeling the need to just send myself a gift in the mail. Twenty eight years of marriage, couple of kids, and the spontaneous gift giving... waned. I just wanted that Christmasy feeling, and I wanted something that was just for me. I've no real interest in shopping or researching the latest in skincare, but I've always loved beauty products and loved using them! FabfitFun is Fantastic! I'm having so much fun. I've discovered so many new products that are now a part of my routine. And not just beauty products either... Tagalong travel inserts, the BEST, my French Press (best coffee ever!), the Digestive Advantage chocolate probiotic? LIFE CHANGING, I could rattle on forever (my wireless headphones! And sleep mask!). My skin is transformed as well, discovering facial oils, serums, (the back scrubber!), eye creams, face washes, sunscreens... seriously! What I've amassed between my subscription and the TRULY AWESOME edit sales and add-ons! Fantastic products that I would stand behind. Everything is full-size and you get so much quality for the money. Whatever I cannot use (which is very little), I have been very happy to give as gifts. I'm 56 in November 2018 and have a daughter, several young nieces, and am "auntie" to many young women... I love that I'm able to procure for them really amazing make-up products at these prices. I do prefer the subscription, again as a more "mature" member, I like having the bit of control over my box (I'm still totally surprised when it comes though!). So far I've received 5 seasonal boxes, an Editor box, and have purchased many, many extras through add-on sales and edit sales. So far every box has been a hit, no redundancy, continued high quality. I will absolutely stick with FFF... it's really been super fun, especially now that some of my friends have become FFF-philes too!
Just a warning to anyone placing a large order... I ordered over $700 worth of add ons last box. Everything was sent in a box with no packing material. This is the second time this happened. Because everything was thrown in one large box, many items were damaged in shipping or the packaging was damaged. Over $550 in items damaged. I buy all these as gifts for the holidays so items with bent and smashed boxes are not acceptable. I have spent hours on the phone with customer service and sent many emails with pictures and info. At the end, they refuse to replace the items, will not offer a refund, and will not let me send them back. They only offered a $20 credit towards my next add on purchase. They said to talk to my local post office since this happened twice. I told them I wasn't suprised things were damaged since they shipped everything in one box with no bubble wrap, packing materials or any kind of wrapping. After hours of trying to work this out, I was told a $20 credit was all they are willing to do. I just filed a dispute with my credit card company. Just wanted to warn anyone placing a huge order that this happened. Best of luck.

I needed to update my billing info, but couldn't remember my login from a few months ago when I'd joined. I emailed support and a member of their team got back to me right away, and walked me through the whole process. Refreshing to have such a responsive team there to help!
I love the quality and variety of items that come! It's such a fun surprise and I always love the items that come! Each box is definitely worth more than the $50 I pay for it!
I have been a FFF member for a year now, I absolutely love it. I am a yearly member so I get the opportunity to pick with products I want or leave it up to the FFF team, I have received 5 boxes so far and have enjoyed them all. I always look forward to the delivery
FabFitFun was the very first sub box I started receiving then it went to 2 and from there 10. I had a problem. Lol Now I am down to 4 again and I'm going to cancel all except FFF I will continue to vet this box as long as I have the extra money to spend. This is the best box. You get awesome things you would never find anywhere else. I get excited and look forward to this every season. It's like Christmas when I get the box I can't wait to open my package to see what I got. I love this sub box and love the variety that you get.
This is the most amazing subscription box. I get to try things and learn so much. I have found every item to be amazing.
Complete rip off, I didn't even get everything I was supposed to in my box. The box was full of unusable junk. Some body wash that smells awful and doesn't even lather. A bubble mask that retails at Walmart for 1.99. Two crappy hand towels that again are probably $1.99 at Walmart. Not impressed.
FabFitFun offered no other replacement item - all they would offer me as a replacement was another one of these cheaply made french presses. HORRIBLE QUALITY - the bottom gave out after 3 uses and made a huge mess of my kitchen. The CYCLO headphones I received were also pretty cheaply made, I guess you get what you pay for. DON"T CHOOSE the french press if you decide to purchase the box anyways. I took the replacement, however I won't be using it. I then cancelled my memerbership. Not worth it. I could (and will) get a french press at Marshalls of much better quality for $14.
I've received the Spring, Summer and Fall 2018 boxes and originally I was so excited! The Spring box had a lot of fun, new items that I loved, Summer had some good stuff as well but Fall 2018... it was completely disappointing. There was nothing that I was really excited about nor would even purchase again. The purse is terrible and there was NOTHING in the box that made me want to recommend it to friends.
Originally my plan was to get an annual subscription for Christmas but after the last two boxed, I'm going to give one more box a try (winter) and if I still come away feeling meh, I'm canceling.
Shipping is also a huge issue, takes FOREVER, and 2 out of my 3 boxes arrived damaged. This company has so much potential, they just need to be careful who they align themselves with and the companies they promote.
It's so exciting to get a new box that's curated for the season!
Feedback:
1. Waiting for my box to come sometimes after my friends have already had theirs for weeks kind of sucks. I wish we could get them around the same time to share the excitement and discuss.
2. Full size items are awesome. Sometimes. There have been several times I would have liked a smaller version of some items. When it comes to hair care, etc. sometimes a smaller version (maybe 3oz instead of 6+) would be better then you can order a larger size. I end up giving lots of those to friends/family
3. Add-ons and sales- these have been fantastic for me! I have found lots of cool stuff to share with friends at a great price.
4. FFFTV and app- I NEVER use these. The app has terrible reviews and I just don't care about the content on the tv.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
