No returns!

I received a gift from my wife that was a Fab Fit Fun add-on. I didn't really want a sous vide machine, so I figured I'd return it.

I go to the site to print a label or whatever and see that they don't accept returns!?!?!?

You don't need to know any more then that. They don't accept returns. Sounds like a scam to me. Looking at the reviews, it looks like one too.

All I could do is vote with my wallet, so I cancelled my wife's subscription.

I just spent way too much time via chat trying to understand why I couldn't customize a box as a new customer. I was very frustrated and asked the agent to cancel my FUTURE orders, but he ended up cancelling the box I had just purchased too. When I told him the mistake he had made, he said he could just charge me again for the box. I wasn't willing to let them charge me twice for 1 order. The supervisor I spoke to didn't read the full conversation I had with the previous agent and did not understand why I was even frustrated in the first place. What an annoying, inefficient, and time-consuming encounter. Their advertising is so misleading, as they promote that you can customize your boxes. It turns out, new customers don't have this privilege, and even existing customers only have a short window in which they can customize. If it looks too good to be true, it's because it is.

Sneaky Company!

My sister is a diehard fan of fabfitfun & sent me the option to try "The Starter Kit". All I had to do was pay $5 for shipping. Done & Done! I made an account and put in my information to receive the starter kit! Little did I know they would SUBSCRIBE ME without knowing! All the sudden I'm wondering why I have $49.99 from my account! The work of fine print' I'm sure... SNEAKY COMPANY. Be careful with your "Free" Starter Kit or if just making an account. I'm a business owner of a high-end company and I know what good business is. BAD CALL FABFITFUN.

I was excited to get my first few boxes of Fab Fit Fun. Each box had something new and useful! I'm going into my second year and this I feel like they repeat items during certain seasons. I certainly don't need any more mod cloths. I had 2 boxes arrive that weren't complete & I had little to no luck getting replacement it's or a credit on my account.
Love the hair And beauty products. But I feel like they need to change things up to keep consumers interested. Likely will be canceling my subscription soon.

I ordered the fall box just to test it out, it wasn't bad but I decided I didn't want to order any other boxes. Went on to my account to make sure I wasn't subscribed, then "magically" two months later there's another charge on my credit card. I contact them about it because I didn't want this other box but "it's out of their hands" because it already shipped. I didn't get any notification that I was going to get another box, no email updates, nothing. Which is a huge piss-off because if I had I could have cancelled before the box shipped. You are also able to customize the box but I didn't get the chance to do that with this one because I didn't know I was getting one, so now I'm stuck with a bunch of crap I would not have decided to pick had I been given the option.

BEWARE

I purchased 3 pairs of beats tour2 earphones as addons for Christmas with the winter box. One of the 3 pairs (red and white) were not only the wrong version (I received just tour) but the writing on the box was also in a different language. I have been going back and forth with CS since mid November 2018. I even contacted Apple to verify that the product was authentic. They advised me that all authentic beats products contain a serial number on the actual product and since they did not have one, they were not authentic. FFF lied and told me that they contacted "their people" at Apple and they said the product was authentic. This was a lie, because I still had the earphones in my possession. FFF ended up advising me that they would send me an actual pair of tour2 earphones. I received the EXACT same product and version as I did the first time. I emailed them immediately, and am still waiting for a reply.

We have reached out the vendor and they have confirmed that all of the headphones sold in the Winter Add-Ons sale were Beats by Dre Tour 2 headphones and they all have the same specifications. The reason for the difference in packaging (some are labeled beatstour and some are labeled beatstour2) is due to the variation in color. Specifically, the white headphones are labeled beatstour and the yellow and blue headphones are labeled beatstour2. Please be assured that regardless of which color you purchased, the headphones you received are the Beats by Dre Tour 2 headphones.

I had a $60 gift card and thought to spend it. Later I see an $88 that was charged on my credit card. My receipt says I had $10 left and that was charged but it wasn't. They charged me $88! Customer service reached out to me and then they just disappeared. Nothing is resolved. They said they're going to send me a return slip so I can send it back. Nothing! Not a word! Scammers!

Terrible customer service

I ordered this as a gift for Christmas. It won't even ship until a month from now in January. They won't give me my money back or ship it sooner for me, and I'm absolutely livid about it, especially since they won't refund me. Don't get a subscription from here. They are not reasonable or flexible about anything.

Customer Service is really lacking. First, I initially signed up for ONE box, like a trial, somehow that turned into a subscription. I got a fall box that really didn't have much that I could use and thought "Oh well lesson learned", because the fall box had practically no makeup that I could use (I'm a winter and they gave me a lot of Summer/fall colors) and some other products I wasn't interested in. Second, no follow-up from the company so they had no idea that I was unsatisfied. Third I get an email saying the winter box was on it's way. Chat was so much fun because it took three times to ask how to cancel (which was never provided) and then told the rep, "Bernice", that I was going to call my credit card company and have the charged reversed and report the company to the Better Business Bureau.

WHEN YOU SIGN UP FOR ONE PACKAGE THEN IT SHOULD NOT BE MY RESPONSIBILITY TO CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR!

I have now received 5 boxes and am anxiously awaiting my winter 2018 box. I have bought a ton of stuff on the edit sales as well. Have I loved everything, no but it's $50 for a box of mostly awesome things I personally use. What I didn't want or need I have gifted to my daughter or nieces and they have loved the items. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Seriously what do you think you would get for $50? I do think they are having some growing pains since they are growing so much, but part of the fun is getting a mix of products that you probably wouldn't know about or buy on your own. I just sent out 9 sample invites to friends and hope they like it as well. I have had an item come damaged and received a replacement. Questions take more than a day or two to get an answer, but I put it in perspective, nothing I have a problem with is an emergency and it's just stuff. My winter box has been delayed by fedex, I am super bummed but it's not fabfit funs fault. If anything it's their fault that I am so excited to get my box!

Very dissapointed

I was told that FabFitFun was a great company and that I should try it. So today, I went to their website and signed up. A couple hours later I went on my bank account and I was charged THREE different times for things I didn't want. I contacted their support team and they said only 2 showed up in their system and they canceled those 2 but couldn't do anything about the 3rd $50 that I was charged and told me to contact my bank. I contacted my bank and they said it was another charge and since it was pending, they couldn't do anything about it right now. I am really mad and i'm hoping that when it goes through and takes the money out of my account, I can contact my bank again.

Awful awful!

I ordered and prepaid for four boxes. After my first box arrived with a glass shattered French press, it took two months to get a replacement, and it wasn't the coffee pot. It was some other substitute I had to pick. Second box arrives and I had ordered an add on item that was not in my box, and I was charged for. After some rude customer service, I decided to cancel. I was expecting a refund of two boxes I had pre paid. Nope. No refund. So I thought I would just reinstate my subscription, nope. It would cost me $49 to reinstate. I've sent emails but no response. I'm going to dispute the whole charge now. This is a terrible way to do business, but it's my own fault for not reading the super tiny fine print.

BAD Customer Service

DO NOT DO THIS. The customer service is NOT good. I ordered a box on Cyber Monday and it would not arrive by Christmas so I chatted with customer support to see if I could get this earlier as a gift for a friend. Would not budge on the dates and I can't cancel my order because they will not refund any processed payments. BAD on the customer service side. Have not even seen the product yet.

No customization

Very disappointed with the winter box. I ordered a bunch of add-ons but was never given the opportunity for customization. Now I'm stuck with whatever they give me. Tried using the live chat but ended when I realized I was talking to a robot.(His button must have stuck because he kept sending me the same response over and over even when it had nothing to do with the question I asked.) Spring and summer boxes were great, fall wasn't anything special and it's taking almost a month after winter box ships to get it. Not impressed!

I did not receive the Bear Paw gloves and ear muff set I was told was included with the Winter 2018 box. This is the last straw! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. That was the main item I really wanted. Caveat Emptor!

When i subscribed i was given free sample boxes to send my friends, i shared one with my roommate and she somehow ended up with a full subscription, rather than just the free box. THEN she canceled her subscription because she obviously didn't want it, but she was then CHARGED for the winter box and wasn't refunded because it had already shipped, even though she had canceled a month prior. In all good conscious, i can't stay and support a company that obviously doesn't care about their customers. And personally, the items received were lackluster and didn't impress me; there are PLENTLY of cheaper subscription boxes with better products.

It appears your friend was billed on November 10th and canceled her Membership on November 19th. Canceling your account does not stop the box you've already purchased from shipping out. Cancellations will go into effect to ensure you are not billed for the next season's box.

Also, we're so sad to hear that you weren't loving your Fall Box! All of our boxes contain 7-10 full sized items valued at over $200 but each season is a completely different assortment! If the Fall Box wasn't your thing, we'd definitely recommend giving the Winter Box a try. We're so excited for our members to see what's inside!

I joined about 2 years ago and earlier this year I prepaid for the privilege of being able to choose and customize my box. I was not given any chance to customize my fall box which was not really an issue since I liked what I got. A few days ago I saw people start to talk about the box and the choices on different social media platforms. I went to the website but could not find anywhere to see or customize my box, that is not until today. I got an email stating that it had shipped and when I went on the website and saw what was in it I was PISSED. I really wanted the jewelry organizer and a few other things. But of course it's too late now. I even chatted with someone on the website and was basically told OH WELL BETTER LUCK NEXT TIME! Very upsetting and I am going to cancel, but I"m stuck for now because I PREPAID. I feel like such a sucker.

Beware when you cancel

The boxes were ok. I like that the products were full size vs Birchbox and others sample sizes. After my year subscription was over I decided it wasn't worth the money due to the amount of products I liked vs those I didn't like/use. I went online and followed their cancellation steps months before my annual renewal. Then SURPRISE, they still charged me the annual fee again. No customize your box emails like previously, no your box is getting ready to ship or any warning that I was going to be charged again. So I get online to chat to cancel. She keeps trying to sell me the subscription at a discount if I keep it. Umm, no please just cancel like I have already done and asked 3x now. Then she proceeds to tell me that my winter box is already processing and I will have to pay for it?!?!?! What? I did my part, I cancelled months prior, I should not be held responsible for your error in trying to get another year subscription out of me. I told I refused and I want 100% of my money refunded. After several chat's back and forth she tells me she will send me a shipping label and I can ship it back unopened and then they will give me my $50 refund for the winter box. So, because of their error I am out $50 for the time being and have to track the return and refunds on my account. What a crock and what crooks! When someone cancels they should NOT charge them again and when they mess up they should fix it, not the customer! So if you sign up BEWARE of when you cancel. You can cancel your subscription but your account will stay "active" which means it will still charge you? Yeah, totally bogus. You have to call/chat with them to get your account deactivated and your card # removed because they don't give you that access to do it yourself. Wasted an hour of my life having to take care of it and still have to wait for the box and return label to ship back and wait for my refund.
