I first subscribed in Summer of 2019. I loved the Summer Box so much that I purchased the Spring Editors box. As a busy professional, I never ventured out to try new products and was pleasantly surprised at some of the items in the boxes. Tarte Rainforest of the Sea, Amazing, Lavido body cream in mandarin, amazing. Yes, sometimes there are a few items that due to allergies, I may not use but honestly for the price if you use 5 of the 8 items, you have good value. The Winter Box looks amazing, I cannot imagine not having these delightful boxes showing up on my doorstep four times a year.

I continue to get products I can't use because I am African American. I've gotten dry hair spray and tanning products that I can't use or give away. Sometimes the more expensive items are things I wouldn't have purchased anyway.

I contacted FFF and told them my box had not shown up. They found out it was shipped to the wrong address. Not only are they sending a new one, they gave me a $10 credit!

I ordered add-on products October 1st when FedEx listed unable to locate the package Fab fit fun continue to send me the same robotic email stating the package is on its way the package is on its way never reimbursing me never checking into it never doing their job they didn't care about customer satisfaction and they didn't care about tying up my money not reimbursing me and not paying me back for product that I did not receive.
I asked them several times to please just send me the products again, or my money back, and the only thing I received in return was talking down to me on 16 emails, ignoring me, and dismissing me. They will receive reimbursement from FedEx for the insurance of the Lost package, FedEx confirmed it! Still customer refused to pay me or send me my products! That should be illegal!

I joined FitFabFun because everyone was taking about how great the products were and such. The Fall Box was very disappointing. I will not use half these things, I will gift them as people have suggested, however, why would I sign up for this if I didn't want the products myself. Also if you do not spend more money to be a select member or spend more money to add things on to your box, your box is shipped last and all the good stuff is already gone to choose from. Debating on giving it one more try or just cancel.

Subscribed to fff as an annual member for 3 years, cancelled after fall 2019 because winter box would have renewed another annual subscription and my decision to not continue already had been made by that point anyhow. Based on 3yrs-12 boxes received-overall this review is my takeaway...
FFF has some good aspects and things I did like. However, from the very beginning I utilized the annual member perk where I was able to customize and pick a few of the products that would be in the upcoming box. If I didn't have that feature, I'd probably not have stuck around for 3 yrs because without being able to at least get a couple of products I liked in each box it wouldn't be worth it for me. The products received in those 12 boxes did have a few really good winners that I still use & enjoy. A few products that were really cute quality enough that I gave away as a birthday or holiday gift to someone.
The negative aspects for me... there were a lot of products unfortunately that weren't used at all. Seems such a waste, like why didn't I give away those items to somebody but in reality they're in a drawer or back of closet somewhere and I'll come across items and recall it came from a fff box. Even though I was able to customize a couple items, sometimes I didn't like any of the options I had to pick from so it was pointless. Even some of the products I did enjoy... Id never actually go to store and buy, not at their sticker price. Some items they say is worth xyz is not always true because you can google and see where they sell it at other stores way cheaper.
Out of 3 yrs worth... For $50, maybe even $150, out of all the products total I enjoyed I could have bought from store or online myself or done without completely. It just wasn't worth the amount of money. FFF had a fun surprise appeal to it when I first joined but that didn't last because I knew for most part what items were in upcoming box at least what the "good" ones were going to be. If fff lowered prices to $30 per box and kept customize option... I'd consider reactivating my account to subscribe again.

FabFitFun has always been the best box out there. Great selections and wonderful products. I had a slight issue with 1 product, not their fault and they sent me replacement products in place of it! They are great to work with and are always there to answer any questions! I highly recommend this subscription service!

I feel this company is a rip-off. Dealing with them is a nightmare and the gift boxes are useless. I continue to get duplicates which I can't use. Think twice before purchasing!

I have received three fab fit fun boxes now and I always love them so much! I love how you can personalize certain things and the items are always amazing products! The company itself is amazing and I did have to contact customer service one time and they were super helpful and friendly. Nothing but the best!

I really enjoy my fab fit fun boxes. They keep the variety of things fresh each box. We also get exclusive things and I try new things I've never seen before all for only 49.99
The fall box was my first FFF box and my last. I received a flat iron, Aveda hair treatment, detox face pads, sugar body cubes, body lotion, toner, body exercise gel, and earrings. I have seen other people had more options to customize and had a larger variety of products that are not skincare. I would have never chosen a toner, body lotion, sugar cubes (I already own them and don't like them), or exercise gel (I'm not even sure what that is for). The earings are cheap and are suppose to be crawlers but they wont stay up. I was incredibly disappointed in this box and company. I have already canceled.

It's always fun to get a box of goodies! Most products I was happy about, every now and then I would get something that was underwhelming or low quality, but overall I've been pleased. It's hard to please everyone!

Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
