I just realized over the last few days I had not received my Spring box. After checking my credit account I saw my payment transaction had gone through so I checked back in my emails for my tracking details, something I don't normally track as my box has always arrived with no issues over the years that I have been a member. Upon checking the tracking details I saw that it had been marked delivered 3 weeks ago. I admit I was reluctant to contact the team at FabFitFun as I truly did not think they would be very helpful since the tracking record did show delivery. My team contact person Tyler was terrific from the very start of our chat he was professional and helpful asked me some questions and was very apologetic that my box had not arrived safely, my chat was a good experience and I am very happy with the outcome. Thank you Tyler & the FabFitFun team.
I looove my spring box... Happy Spring to me! There is nothing in there I didn't like... I'm looking forward to the rest... Hurry up summer, fall and winter lol

Quick and easy, loved the boxes but had to quit because I lost my job.
Heart was extremely helpful at resolving the issue and assured me that she would fix the problem and gave me the times when I would receive my package.

I found I had inadvertently established two FFF accounts - one at my previous address, across the country, and one here at my new address. I wrote in, and Robyn immediately responded with info about what they had on file. I answered her questions on preferences, and she immediately corrected the situation. This is not the first time I have had inquiries, and every time FFF is responsive, helpful and courteous. Then, there are the boxes, themselves. I share with my girls, and it is a time we look forward to. Kudos FFF! We love you.

I actually hit the wrong button. I wanted yearly plan not monthly. I purchased plan and before I even finished asking for a refund back from monthly he had already done it... I LOVE FAB FOT FUN.

I have been a subscriber for 3 boxes. The first two boxes were great. The last one was not packaged like the other two and when I contacted them there was an apology but nothing was resolved. I have since cancelled my subscription. Not so FanFitFun.

I love fitfabfun! The products and the excitement are super awesome! My box was full of some amazing things! I love the reusable straws, the umbrella and the amazing Body Cocoon lotion to help sleep and calm... amazing! I was super pumped about all the goodness in this box and the adorable box it comes in will be great for storage! However, with this virus, I'm not able to continue service right now and the help I received concerning this was so awesome. I'm super grateful! And I will definitely buy again!

I spoke with Shawn and she was help full and sent me a replacement for my missing item without any questions. I also was disappointed in not getting a particular item in my box and she is sending that as well.

I somehow accidentally signed up for both a seasonal box and also annual, so I was charged twice. I emailed customer service and within 8 hours they got back to me, explained what happened and are refunding the subscription I didn't want. Very helpful.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
