My first box was awesome full of exciting products that they choose from my survey profile that I filled out. The second box came late in March (Winter Box)? Two items that were particularly irritating to receive was a bath towel that goes with NOTHING that I own supposedly worth $50 and a cheesy fake gold necklace that is supposedly worth more that that? I don't think so. I never expressed interest in a bath towel or a fake gold necklace, I don't even wear gold?

I recieved an email that my FFF box was delivered. I contacted their customer service and they responded to me very quickly and were so kind and knowledgeable. They are sending me a new box. I couldn't be happier. It was ab absolute pleasure to work with.

If you choose to cancel this sub box, be ready for the begging from them not to. Had to tell them 3 times CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION PLEASE!

I had a issue and it was dealt with in a timely matter and fixed. I was treated with respect and the customer service rep went over and Beyond to fix the issue that happened. I will stay a customer and spread the word.

Back in Dec 2019 I thought I was only signed up for the winter box. Turns out that it was for all the seasons. Oops! I'm glad I did. GF is very happy.

Upon successful sign-up, you are automatically enrolled in a seasonal subscription and your account will automatically renew each season unless you decide to cancel before your next bill date. Anytime I have had a mistake on my part the FabFitFun team has been willing to help me however they could. They are compassionate and I am so happy with the service. I have had an annual membership with them for a while and plan to keep it as long as I can. I have even gifted my mom annual memberships because she always loved what I received. Now we have fun mom/daughter date nights to open our boxes together.

I have been with fabfitfun for about a year now and have had a few technical difficulties all cleared up with in moments of messaging fabfitfun I have never been frustrated or wanted to quit. I love everything I get in my box if I don't love it my daughter and niece do not to ment up n the addons for a fraction of the price. Life time member!

I've tried to take a picture and send it but it won't let me. I'm doing something wrong but dont know what. I'll be ok with what's left in the tube though.
Overall good experience. I would like to see more products for fine facial lines and aging skin

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
